The Green Apart is completely new built and is located in a dreamlike and quiet location 1 kilometer outside of Uderns. Our cosy house is bathed in warm and pleasant colours and is characterised by clear lines and modern design. The interiors are of high quality and captivate with modern, clear and straight lines. We have two apartments. Apart Alpin for 2-5 persons and Apart Sunrise for 2-9 persons.
The kitchen is top modern and functionally equipped with dishwasher, ceramic hob, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, toaster, coffee machine and kettle. Dish towels, washing-up liquid and cloths are provided.
The bedrooms are comfortably furnished with high-quality solid wood furniture and have their own bathroom incl. shower, WC and hairdryer. Of course we provide you with bed linen and towels.

It simply doesn't get any greener than this. In the middle of the green, directly on the green, 1 kilometer from the village center. Enjoy the breathtaking panoramic view of the lake, the golf course and the Zillertal mountains from your balcony. During the day you can experience the wonderful nature. If you arrive after 7 pm, please let us know. Please vacate the apartment on the day of departure by 9 a.m. at the latest. Payment In order for your booking to be valid, we ask you to transfer the deposit in the amount of 30 percent of the booking amount. You can pay the final bill in cash or by prepayment with bank transfer. We do not accept credit cards, thank you for your understanding. Cancellation The Austrian hotel regulations apply.
