Description
The holiday apartment is located in an apartment house and is in the typical country style furnished. The domicile is also popular because of the view over the mountains from the property and the quiet location. For common use are available: sunbathing area, children's playground, terrace and garden furniture. Garden pond, changing room, ski stable, room for hiking boots. Children's world on 100 square meters with climbing wall, giant 4 in a row and air hockey. Restaurant Hofer Stub'n with products from our own farm.

Location
Kolsassberg, 750 m above sea level. The holiday apartement is located on a plot with meadow. The landlord lives permanently in the house. On the property there are still the restaurant Hofer Stubn and the holiday flats TIR KAR 013 (6 or 10 people) and TIR KAR 014 (4 people). The holiday apartment can be rented either with 2 bedrooms for 6 persons (total 85 sqm) or with 4 bedrooms for 10 persons (total 125 sqm plus large covered terrace). When booking up to 6 people only 2 bedrooms are provided, the rest is closed. Parking lot on the property.

Air conditioning / heating: central heating. Facilities: internet access (WLAN). TV reception takes place via satellite.
Pool
Indoor swimming pool (8 m x 4 m, depth 1.5 m, usable from the beginning of May to the end of September, for common use). The use of the indoor pool may be limited by swimming lessons. The indoor pool is not available in April and October.

Eat-in kitchen with TV, safe and access to the balcony (covered, garden furniture). Bedroom with 1 bunk bed. 2 bedrooms each with 1 double bed and 1 single bed. Bedroom with 1 double bed. Cooking nook in the eat-in kitchen with dining area, electric stove (ceramic hob, 4 plates), oven, extractor hood, dishwasher, fridge, microwave and coffee machine. Bathroom with shower, 1 sink, WC, bidet and hairdryer. Separate toilet with WC.
