Description

The holiday flat is located in a detached single-family house or apartment building built in 1964, was renovated in 2025, and is furnished in a modern style typical of the country. The property is situated on the outskirts of the village. The residence is popular also because of the view from the property of the forests and its quiet and sunny hillside location on the edge of the woods. Available for shared use are: sunbathing lawn, parasol, sun lounger, barbecue facilities and garden furniture. The balcony (2 tables, 5 chairs) is accessible via the corridor and for exclusive use.

Location
Todtmoos, 850 m above sea level. The holiday flat is located on a 2000 sqm open garden plot with lawn, flowers, shrubs and trees. The landlord lives permanently in the house but uses a separate entrance. Smoking is not permitted in the property or on the balcony. The house contains a total of 5 holiday apartments: SWW HOS 001 (1 person), SWW HOS 002 (1 person), SWW HOS 003 (2 people), SWW HOS 004 (1 person) and SWW HOS 005 (2 people). The house is situated above the spa gardens with a view of the forest. Access is via a side road (tarmacked, length 150 m). Parking (for 5 cars) on the property and one parking space in the village (distance 50 m). There is a charging station for electric cars in the village (300 m). Lockable carport for bicycles.

Central heating (wood/coal). The house is supplied with a biomass central heating system. Internet access (Wi-Fi), telephone, safe and iron. Television reception via satellite. The accommodation is furnished to be allergy-friendly.
For your safety, the accommodation is equipped with a smoke detector, fire extinguisher and first aid kit.
Hygiene measures: Final cleaning with disinfection. Regional health guidelines are observed.

Cross-country ski trail in Todtmoos-Höfle 500 m.

The entrance to your holiday flat is on the 1st floor
and leads via an internal staircase directly into the anteroom with cloakroom and doors to all rooms. The internal staircase has 10 steps. Living room (14 sqm, walk-through room) with seating area, TV, radio, hi-fi system, DVD player, CD player, (parasol) and the balcony is accessible via the corridor. Bedroom (13 sqm, walk-through room) with 1 double bed (queen size). Kitchen (14 sqm, walk-through room) with dining area (4 seats), electric cooker (4 hobs), oven, extractor hood, dishwasher, refrigerator (110 l, freezer compartment), microwave, coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle and a fully equipped kitchen with additional kitchen appliances. Bathroom (4 sqm) with shower, 1 washbasin, WC, hairdryer, 2 bathrobes, window and bath stool.

You can book the bread roll service directly on site.

House rules
The hosting of parties or events is prohibited.
Smoking is not permitted in the property.
Please observe quiet hours, particularly from 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.
