The studio is located in a detached single-family house built in 1964, renovated in 2022, and furnished in the typical local style and functional manner. The property is located on the outskirts of the village. The domicile is also popular because of the view from the property of the forests and the quiet and sunny hillside location at the edge of the forest. Available for shared use: lawn for sunbathing, sunshade, sun lounger, barbecue facilities, and garden furniture. The shared balcony (2 tables, 5 chairs) is accessible via the corridor.

Todtmoos, 850 m above sea level. The studio is located on an open 2,000 sqm garden plot with lawn, flowers, shrubs and trees. The landlord only lives in the house occasionally and uses a separate entrance.
