Description

The holiday apartment is located in a detached single-family house, was renovated in 2013, and is functionally furnished. The domicile is also popular due to its quiet and sunny location at the edge of the forest. Available for exclusive use are: lawn for sunbathing, sunshade, barbecue facility, garden furniture, and Hollywood swing.

Location
Sehlen. The holiday apartment is located on a 200 sqm enclosed garden property with a lawn, bordered by a fence and a hedge. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side road (paved, length 300 m). Parking (for 1 car) on the property.

Central heating (gas). High chair and internet access (Wi-Fi). Television reception via satellite.

Leisure
4 bicycles.

Dogs
allowed, EUR 20.00/pet per week.

Shopping 5 km, restaurant 5 km, town centre 5 km. Cinema, doctor, pharmacy, bank each 5 km in Bergen. Indoor swimming pool, sauna each 5 km in Samtens. Train station, nightclub each 1000 m in Teschenhagen. In summer: Kniepower Lake (natural beach) 2 km in Karnitz (beach 20 km in Prora with sand). Dog beach in Glowe and Prora 25 km. Golf in Karnitz 2 km. Fishing in Sassnitz 25 km. Horse riding in Tegelhof near Sehlen 3 km. Baltic Sea resorts 20 - 25 km depending on your choice. Binz, Prora, Sellin, Thiessow; Glowe; Scharbe.

The entrance to your holiday apartment is on the ground floor, is level and leads directly into the living room.
Ground Floor: Living Room (walk-through room) with 1 extra bed on couch/sofa, sitting area, TV and radio. Kitchen with dining area (4 seats), electric stove (ceramic hob, 2 plates), refrigerator (120 l, freezer compartment), microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric kettle. Bathroom with bathtub, shower, 1 washbasin, toilet and hairdryer.
Attic: Bedroom with 2 single beds and TV. Bedroom (walk-through room) with 1 double bed and radio. Separate WC with 1 washbasin and toilet.

House rules
The hosting of parties or events is prohibited.
Smoking is not allowed in the building.

Terms of lease and prices:
Included in the price: internet access, parking place, electricity, bed linen (first usage), hand towels (first usage), Wi‑Fi (WLAN).
Side costs - Costs on the spot: Obligatory: water 13 € per cubic meter based on usage. final cleaning 30 € per object per stay. On request: heating 20 € per object per week.
Deposit: No deposit.
