The holiday apartment is located in a detached single-family house, was renovated in 2018, and is furnished in a modern and functional style. The property is situated at the end of a cul-de-sac, in the town centre. The domicile is also popular due to its quiet and sunny location. Available for shared use: lawn, sunshade, barbecue facilities, and garden furniture.

Location
Sehlen, 23 m above sea level. The holiday apartment is located on a 1200 sqm open garden plot with a lawn, flowers, shrubs, and trees. The landlord lives permanently in the house but uses a separate entrance. Access is via a side street (length 60 m). Parking (for 2 cars) on the property.

Shopping 5 km, restaurant 500 m. Cinema in Bergen 7 km. Indoor swimming pool, sauna each 9 km in Samtens. Train station, nightclub each 2 km in Teschenhagen. Störtebeker Festival from the end of June to the beginning of September in Ralswiek 15 km, Stralsund 30 km, seaside resorts 20 - 25 km. In summer: Baltic Sea 20 km in Binz/Prora (beach with sand). Tennis in Bergen 7 km. Golf in Karnitz 3 km. Boat dock in Lauterbach 11 m. Horse riding in Tegelhof 2 km.

The entrance to your holiday apartment is on the ground floor and leads directly into the hallway with a wardrobe via 1 step.
Ground Floor: Living kitchen (walk-through room) with seating area, TV, radio, and DVD player. Kitchenette in the living kitchen with dining area (4 seats), electric stove (ceramic hob, 4 plates), oven, extractor hood, refrigerator (freezer compartment), microwave, coffee machine, toaster, and electric kettle. Bathroom with washing machine, shower, 1 washbasin, toilet, and window.
Attic: Bedroom with 2 single beds. Bedroom with 1 double bed.

The hosting of parties or events is prohibited.
Smoking is not allowed in the building.

Included in the price: baby cot, parking place, electricity, water, heating (01.11.25-31.10.26), bed linen.
Side costs - Costs on the spot: Obligatory: final cleaning 30 € per object per stay. hand towels to bring along.

The situation

Far too little dishes available, so that the use of the dishwasher was not necessary. The outdoor terrace including a table and chairs could not be used because the adjacent tree a hornet's nest was found and has been for 2.3 years (would have been yes times can be rectified). Furnishings (furniture) no longer corresponds to the current state.

The size of the apartment is good. We also really liked the terrace on the owner's beautiful property.
The price performance ratio is very good.
