Description

The holiday apartment is located in a standig individually detached house, renovated in 2018 and is modern and functional furnished. The property is located at the end of a dead end, in the center. The domicile is also popular because of the quiet and sunny location. For common use are available: sunbathing area, parasol, grill possibility and garden furniture.

Location
Sehlen, 23 m above sea level. The holiday apartement is located on a 1200 sqm, open garden plot with meadow, flowers, bushes and trees. The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. The access goes via a side road (length 60 m). Parking lot (for 2 cars) on the property.

Air conditioning / heating: central heating. TV reception takes place via satellite.

Shopping opportunity 5 km, restaurant 500 m. railway station, discotheque each 2 km. cinema in Bergen 7 km. indoor swimming pool, sauna each 9 km in Samtens. Festival are from late June to early September in Ralswiek 15 km, Stralsund 30 km, resorts 20-25 km away.In summer: Baltic Sea 20 km (beach with sand). boat launch in 11 m. horse riding in 2 km. tennis in Bergen 7 km. golf in Karnitz 3 km.

The entrance in your holiday apartment is located on the ground floor and leads over 1 step directly in the hallway with wardrobe.
Ground floor: Eat-in kitchen (walk-through room) with sitting area, TV, radio and DVD. Cooking nook in the eat-in kitchen with dining area (4 seats), electric stove (ceramic hob, 4 plates), oven, extractor hood, fridge (icebox), microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric kettle. Bathroom with washing machine, shower, 1 sink, WC and window.
Top floor: Bedroom with 2 single beds. Bedroom with 1 double bed.

Included in the price: baby cot, parking place, electricity, water, heating (04.11.23-02.11.24), bed linen.
Side costs - Costs on the spot: Obligatory: final cleaning 30 € per object per stay. hand towels to bring along.

Far too little dishes available, so that the use of the dishwasher was not necessary. The outdoor terrace including a table and chairs could not be used because the adjacent tree a hornet's nest was found and has been for 2.3 years (would have been yes times can be rectified). Furnishings (furniture) no longer corresponds to the current state.
