Sehlen, 23 m above sea level. The holiday apartment is located on a 1200 sqm open garden plot with a lawn, flowers, shrubs, and trees. The landlord lives permanently in the house but uses a separate entrance. Access is via a side street (length 60 m). Parking (for 2 cars) on the property.

Kitchenette in the living kitchen with dining area (4 seats), electric stove (ceramic hob, 4 plates), oven, extractor hood, refrigerator (freezer compartment), microwave, coffee machine, toaster, and electric kettle. Bathroom with washing machine, shower, 1 washbasin, toilet, and window.
Attic: Bedroom with 2 single beds. Bedroom with 1 double bed.
House rules
The hosting of parties or events is prohibited.
Smoking is not allowed in the building.

Far too little dishes available, so that the use of the dishwasher was not necessary. The outdoor terrace including a table and chairs could not be used because the adjacent tree a hornet's nest was found and has been for 2.3 years (would have been yes times can be rectified). Furnishings (furniture) no longer corresponds to the current state.

The size of the apartment is good. We also really liked the terrace on the owner's beautiful property.
