Description
The holiday home, renovated in 2010, is modernly furnished. The property is located on the outskirts of the village. The domicile is popular due to its quiet and sunny location. Available for use: lawn for sunbathing, sun lounger, children's playground, sandbox, barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture, and campfire site. Use of the rowing boat, fishing trips, and smokehouse by arrangement on site. Information for pet owners: the landlords request that pets stay only on the ground floor.
Location
Garz/Rügen. The holiday home is located on an 800 sqm open garden plot with a lawn, flowers, and shrubs. The landlord lives in a separate building on the property. The holiday home is an approximately 250-year-old forge that has been lovingly restored and converted into a semi-detached house. Both semi-detached halves RUE SUE 050 and RUE SUE 051 (each accommodating a maximum of 5 adults and 1 baby) are identically furnished and can also be booked together. The house is located directly at the "Schoritzer Wiek" nature reserve. Parking (for 2 cars) on the property.

Kitchen in the living kitchen with electric stove (4 plates), oven, dishwasher, refrigerator (freezer compartment), coffee machine, toaster, and electric kettle. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, toilet, and window.
Attic: Bedroom with 3 single beds. Bedroom with 1 double bed.
