Description
The detached holiday home built in 2020 is modern, functional, and furnished in the typical local style. The property is located in a residential area on the outskirts of the town. The domicile is also popular because of the view from the property of the sea and the quiet, sunny, and secluded location by the water. Available for exclusive use are: sunshade, sun lounger, barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture, and courtyard. Beach chair.

Poseritz, district Puddemin, 10 m above sea level. The holiday home is situated on a 5000 sqm enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers, shrubs and trees, bordered by a fence and hedge. The landlord lives permanently in a separate building on the property. Large property with private road to the harbour. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 2 cars) on the property and on the street in front of the house.

A very nice and cosy house in a quiet location. With three bedrooms and a large open-plan living/kitchen, there is enough space for everyone. There is a short walk to the small harbour. There is also a restaurant there. Breakfast and the evening sun can be enjoyed on the large terrace with a view over a paddock with two ponies. Very nice landlady.
