The standig individually cottage, built in 2000. The domicile is also popular because of the quiet and sunny hillside location. For sole use are available: sunbathing area, parasol, terrace and garden furniture.

Putbus. The cottage is located on a 1100 sqm, open garden plot with meadow, flowers and bushes. The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. The access goes via a side road. Parking lot (for 1 car) on the property.
