House downstairs: 4 pers. up to max. 5 or 6 pers. with fold-out bed in the living room
Construction trailer: 4 pers.
Circus wagon: 2 pers. ( 2 adults & 2 children max. 8 y. & 4 y., as 2 cots)
the house has 2 separate flats, which can also be used together for holidays with family & friends. IN spring - summer the 2 cars will be added : -)

Look forward to a holiday in the approx. 60 QM KATE downstairs/ approx. 50 QM upstairs AND-OR an orig. developed 27 QM Leipzig CIRCUS CAR, as well as a 26 QM developed CONSTRUCTION CAR on the 1800 QM LARGE PROPERTY in Kasnevitz on the island of Rügen, which is enchanting in every season
The PRESERVED cottage with front garden, sitting area under canopy & also the wagons behind the barn in the orchard are individually, lovingly, child-friendly and cosily designed. You should relax and feel at home in them.
You are welcome to ask for a short or long term occupancy - perhaps the entire property "belongs" to you ALONE!
The garden is designed in such a way that at full occupancy, all tenants have their own area equipped with garden furniture, but also the play area in the centre, barbecue terrace with Hollywood swing, all hammocks can be used together if required.
2-5 large and small PERSONS/in the cottage downstairs / 2-5 pers. upstairs & each 4 PERSONS/ per WAGON find place. Everything is completely furnished in an interesting and playful way for children.
The over 1200 sqm large, natural, fenced OBSTGARTEN with its old apple trees invites you to play, barbecue, sunbathe and relax
You are responsible for your own safety on the entire grounds, stairs and other sources of danger! Parents are liable for their children and themselves

The NATURAL BEACH of the Greifswald Bodden is 3 km away and can be reached by bike or car in no time

The old VILLAGE of Kasnevitz lies on the DEUTSCHE ALLEENSTRASSE between Garz and Putbus. As it is situated in the biosphere reserve Southeast Rügen, animals such as bats are particularly protected
In the centre of the village is the late Gothic church of the Putbus parish, which dates back to the 17th century. Church services are held there regularly.
The woods and fields invite you to take long walks. A football field and a playground are located in front of the Waldsiedlung.
Various shopping facilities, doctors, ice cream parlour, museums, can be found in Garz or in the white and youngest town of the island in PUTBUS. The CULTURAL CAPITAL of the island with theatre, castle park, game reserve can be reached by bicycle on the central CYCLING ROUTE ( km), by bus or car
