The holiday home, built in 2002 and renovated in 2009, is modern and functionally furnished. The property is located in the town centre. The domicile is also popular due to its quiet and sunny location. Available for exclusive use are: sunbathing lawn, sunshade, sun lounger, children's playground, swing, barbecue facilities, terrace and garden furniture.

Bergen on Rügen. The holiday home is situated on a 1000 sqm large, open garden plot with lawn, flowers, shrubs, and trees. The landlord permanently resides in a separate building on the property. Central location in a residential area with detached houses and their gardens. Parking on the street in front of the house.

Baltic Sea with sandy beach in Prora 16 km, Störtebeker Festival from the end of June to the beginning of September in Ralswiek 6 km.

Bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 additional bed on a folding bed (only suitable for children). Kitchen with dining area (4 seats), electric stove (ceramic hob, 4 plates), oven, extractor hood, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee machine, toaster, and electric kettle. Bathroom with bathtub, washing machine, shower, 1 washbasin, toilet, and window.
