The domicile is also popular because of the view from the property of the mountains and its quiet and sunny location at the edge of the forest. Ausservillgraten, 1378 m above sea level. The holiday home is located on a farm, on a 400 sqm open garden plot with meadow and flowers. The landlord lives in a separate building on the property. The holiday home is situated next to a lovingly restored farm that is operated as an organic farm. There you can buy products from Tyrolean Grey cattle as well as organic herbs and potatoes from their own cultivation. View of mountains and meadows. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking on the property.

Central heating, underfloor heating. Tiled stove in the living room and kitchen. Children's toys, cot, high chair, internet access (Wi-Fi), books, DVDs and/or music for children, washing machine and tumble dryer.

Shopping 1500 m, restaurant 1500 m, town centre 1500 m. Indoor swimming pool in Innichen 20 km. Train station in Silian 5 km. In summer: Outdoor swimming pool 18 km in Innichen. Hiking opportunities from the house or use the hiking bus, which stops 300 m away. A trip to the South Tyrolean Dolomites is worthwhile (only 12 minutes by car). In winter: Ski lift 5 km in Silian. Ski area 5 km in Silian (Silian Hochpustertal). Ski bus 300 m. Ski rental, ski school each 5 km in Silian. Cross-country trail in Winkeltalloipe 1500 m. Ski tours and snowshoe hikes possible from the house, only 20 minutes by car from the Helm and Sextner Dolomites ski area.

The entrance to your holiday home is covered and at ground level and leads directly into the hallway with a cloakroom. Doors to the kitchen, living room and day WC, and to a single bedroom.
Ground floor: Bedroom with 1 single bed. Kitchen with dining area (14 seats), electric cooker (4 hobs), oven, extractor hood, dishwasher, refrigerator (freezer compartment), coffee machine and electric kettle. Separate WC with 1 washbasin and WC.
1st floor: Bedroom with 1 double bed, 1 cot and access to the balcony. 2 bedrooms each with 1 double bed and access to the balcony. 2 bathrooms each with bathtub, 1 washbasin, WC and window.
House rules
The organisation of parties and events is permitted.
Smoking is prohibited in the property.

Included in the price: babycot, internet access, baby cot, parking place, electricity, water, heating, final cleaning, local tax (under 15 years), bed linen, sunloungers, Wi‑Fi (WLAN).
Side costs - Costs on the spot: Obligatory: local tax by local tariff. On request: bathing towels 0,50 € per person per first time use and changing. For a fee: hand towels.
