We welcome you warmly in our house in the small village of Strassen. A beautiful village surrounded by high mountains, not far from the sunny town of Lienz and South Tyrol.
You have the ground floor as well as the gardens for your sole use.
Our house, built in 2018, is very sunny with an unobstructed view of the mountains and offers you modern and high-quality furnishings.
Thanks to the many floor-to-ceiling windows and doors, you'll get plenty of light and sun with views as far as the Lienz Dolomites, the Sesto Dolomites and the Carnic ridge.
The house has two bedrooms with double beds, floor-to-ceiling windows and spacious closets, a kitchen with cooking island, a large dining room table with bench and chairs and a living room, which includes a comfortable couch and a TV (65 inches). The bathroom offers both a bathtub to relax in and a shower
The large terrace is equipped with seating furniture, where you can enjoy your meals outside. You will also find an electric barbecue
A garden with a lawn and shrubs where sun loungers for sun worshippers are waiting for you after a nice mountain tour. You can also relax in the 36 degree Jacuzzi on the terrace, which is for your exclusive use.
Our house is an insider tip for demanding people who don't want to miss anything on holiday. The noble interior and the fully equipped kitchen with dishes and cooking utensils let hobby cooks conjure up great meals. Always there is the magnificent view of the Dolomites.

Our house has a private, wide access road with 2 parking spaces (one of them as a garage)
In winter you will find numerous ski lifts, cross-country ski trails and toboggan runs in the near vicinity
There are countless hiking possibilities, gondola lifts and chair lifts at your disposal
Here in East Tyrol there are many areas that have remained natural and untouched.
East Tyrol is a mountain country through and through. In our opinion, the most beautiful in all of Austria. Those who rather avoid mass tourism and want to experience a pristine mountain world, where tourist developments have happened very moderately and love the traditional, will certainly experience a wonderful holiday here.
