The bungalow, built in 1973 and renovated in 2008, is functionally furnished. The domicile is also popular due to its quiet and sunny location at the edge of the forest. Available for shared use: sunshade, children's playground, swing, sandbox, climbing frame, barbecue facilities, terrace, and garden furniture. Please reserve a high chair and travel cot for babies when booking. Garden with terrace (garden furniture and barbecue facilities) for exclusive use at the bungalow.
Location
Fuhlendorf. The bungalow is located on a 6000 sqm enclosed forest plot with meadow, flowers, and shrubs. The landlord lives permanently in a separate building on the property. In the small family-run bungalow settlement with a total of 8 bungalows, 4 bungalows are rented to holiday guests. Bungalow MEK VOR 022 (6 people), MEK VOR 023 (2 people), MEK VOR 044 (6 people), and MEK VOR 045 (2 people). Access is via a side road (unpaved, length 100 m). Parking on the property.

Bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 bunk bed. Kitchen with dining area (3 seats), electric stove (4 burners), oven, refrigerator (freezer compartment), coffee maker, toaster and electric kettle. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, toilet and window.
House rules
The hosting of parties or events is prohibited.
Smoking is not allowed on the premises.

Included in the price: baby cot, high chair, parking place, electricity, water, local tax (under 15 years).
Side costs - Costs on the spot: Obligatory: final cleaning 50 € per object per stay. local tax by local tariff. On request: heating 0,48 € per kilowatt hour based on usage. laundry package (bed linen, hand towels beach towel) 10 € per person per first time use and changing.
