Description
The detached bungalow, built in 1973 and renovated in 2008, is functionally furnished in the typical local style. The property is located in a holiday complex. The domicile is also popular due to its quiet and sunny location at the edge of the forest. Available for shared use are: sun umbrella, children's playground, swing, sandbox, climbing frame, barbecue facilities, terrace, and garden furniture. 500 sqm garden with terrace (garden furniture and barbecue facilities) for exclusive use at the bungalow.

Fuhlendorf. The bungalow is located in a holiday complex, on a 6000 sqm large, enclosed forest property with meadow, flowers, and shrubs. In the small family-run bungalow settlement with a total of 8 bungalows, 4 bungalows are rented to holiday guests. Bungalow MEK VOR 022 (6 persons), MEK VOR 023 (2 persons), MEK VOR 044 (6 persons) and MEK VOR 045 (2 persons). Access is via a side road (unpaved, length 100 m). Parking on the property.

Living room with sitting area, TV, and DVD player. Bedroom with 1 double bed. Bedroom with 1 double bed, 2 children's beds, and the bunk bed is there as children's beds. Kitchen with dining area (3 seats), electric stove (4 hobs), oven, refrigerator (freezer compartment), coffee machine, toaster, and electric kettle. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, toilet, and window.

Smoking is not allowed in the premises.
