The domicile is also popular because of the view over a panorama from the property and the quiet and sunny location at the edge of the woods. For common use are available: parasol, children's playground, swing, sandpit, climbing frame, grill possibility, terrace and garden furniture. 500 sqm garden with terrace (garden furniture and barbecue) for exclusive use at Bungalow.

The landlord lives permanently in a separate building on the property. 8 bungalows are rented. 4 Bungalows to holiday guests. Bungalow MEK VOR 022 (6 people), MEK VOR 023 (2 persons), MEK VOR 044 (6 people) and MEK VOR 045 (2 people). The access goes via a side road (unpaved, length 100 m). Parking lot on the property.

Kitchen with TV, electric stove (ceramic hob, 4 plates), oven, fridge (icebox), microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric kettle. Bathroom with shower, 1 sink, WC and window.
