Description
A beautiful 2-room holiday home with separate kitchen and sunny balcony and terrace awaits you!
It was renovated and refurnished in winter 2020 and is now available for relaxing holidays.
The living room is equipped with flat screen TV, BlueRay/DVD player, CD radio, wood-burning stove (heatable with wood),
Couch and armchair
In the bedroom you will find a double bed and wardrobe. Blackout curtains are available
The separate kitchen offers you a dining area as well as a fully equipped kitchenette
with 4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with ice compartment, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, water boiler, dishes, pots etc.
The small bathroom has a shower, WC and a window.
If required, the holiday home can be heated with the wood-burning stove or electrically
Wood is provided free of charge.
The beautiful, furnished west-facing balcony can be accessed from the living room.
The terrace in the garden is also west-facing and also has sun in the afternoon until sunset.
Furthermore, an open pavilion can be used in the large garden.
Barbecues are allowed (barbecue available).
A parking space at the house is available free of charge. There is also a lockable storage room for bicycles.
The solidly built holiday home is situated in a quiet location on the outskirts of the village in a large garden, approx. 200m from Lake Schmachter
It is a 20-minute walk to the centre of the village
Of course, you are welcome to bring your own bicycles or rent some from the rental stations in the village.

- Maximum occupancy: 2 persons
- Pets are not allowed.
- A deposit of € 200 per stay will be charged.
- Electricity is charged according to consumption.

Super beautiful here!
Pure holiday home idyll: large garden, sunny terrace, beautiful balcony, lovingly and thoughtfully furnished flat and .... Peace and quiet! We wanted for nothing!

Natur pur
Away from the hustle and bustle, we spent our vacation in the "green oasis." Close to the Schmachter Lake, bird chirping, and lots of greenery all around - just like you would wish for relaxation. However, in just a few minutes, we were in the heart of Binz. The cottage has been tastefully and lovingly furnished. The photos did not deceive ;-) Thank you very much!

As well-rested as I haven't been in a long time!
Just lying in the sun, reading, relaxing ... Enjoying beautiful tours with our e-bikes. Strolling along the beach promenade and savoring good food.
Binz is a wonderful place to relax, and this holiday home was a stroke of luck!
