Within walking distance of the beach, the 1-room holiday home "Muschelhäuschen" awaits you on a large garden plot:
The comfortably and friendly furnished bed-sit room has a double bed (1.80 m wide), CD radio, satellite TV and a kitchenette
All windows are equipped with external shutters.
If necessary and to set the mood, you can light the wood-burning stove in the shell house. Wood is provided
The kitchenette is fully equipped with a 4-ring hob, microwave, fridge, coffee maker, oven, kettle, toaster, crockery, etc
The bathroom has WC, shower and window.
The holiday home offers you a large, partly covered terrace facing south-east, furnished with table, chairs, sun lounger and parasol
Barbecuing in the garden is permitted.
The parking space at the house is included.
Bicycles can be parked at the house under a carport.

Location and surroundings of object
The "Muschelhäuschen" is situated on a large garden plot in a quiet location. You can walk to the centre of the village in 5 minutes and to the beach and the pier in about 10 minutes. Use the beautifully designed promenade of the Schmachter See for your way to the beach, which you can reach quickly from the Muschelhäuschen.
Shopping facilities and many restaurants and bars are located in the centre of the village.

Sie selbst an Corona erkranken, Sie persönlich in Quarantäne gehen müssen, Ihr Landkreis Risikogebiet wird oder Sie nicht ausreisen dürfen, greifen die normalen Stornobedingungen (siehe unten) mit den normalen Stornokosten. Bitte erkundigen Sie sich bei Ihrer Reiserücktrittsversicherung, ob diese im jeweiigen Fall leistet oder schließen Sie eine Corona-Zusatzversicherung ab, die bereits von einigen Versicherungen angeboten wird. Sollten Sie eine Buchung stornieren wollen, für deren Zeitraum kein Beherbergungsverbot gilt, gelten unsere normalen Stornobedingungen laut AGB`s: Reiserücktrittsbedingungen: Der Mieter kann jederzeit vor Reisebeginn von der Reise zurücktreten. Maßgeblich ist der Zugang der Rücktrittserklärung beim Vermieter. Wird vom Gast oder vom Vermieter ein Ersatzmieter zu den gleichen Mietbedingungen für den vereinbarten Zeitraum gestellt, wird nur eine Umbuchungsgebühr von 50,- € berechnet. Die Buchungsgebühr (je nach Objekt 20 oder 25 €) wird in jedem Fall einbehalten.

Preiswert!
Nette, kostengünstige Unterkunft mit Parkplatz inklusive. Wir hatten ein paar schöne Tage und haben sogar noch gegrillt (ein kleiner Grill ist sogar vorhanden) ...

Erholung pur
Ein kleines schmuckes Ferienhäuschen mitten im Garten und doch in Binz. Die schönen Stunden im Liegestuhl sind leider vorbei. Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen. Liebe Grüße von Familie Schmidt

Ferien im Grünen
Ruhige Lage mit Parkmöglichkeit direkt am Häuschen.
Nicht weit zum Strand und zum Schmachter See.
Die große Terrasse ist bei Sonne top.

Ferienhausurlaub
Ruhige Einzellage auf einem großen Grundstück. Schöne und ordentlich möblierte Terrasse mit Liegestuhl. Die Fahrräder konnten wir nebenan unterstellen.
Mit den Rädern waren wir in Nullkommanix am Strand.
Wir haben diese Unterkunft bereits weiterempfohlen.

Preiswerter Urlaub in entspannter, ruhiger Lage.
Man wohnt direkt in Binz und trotzdem seitab des Trubels. Das Zentrum oder der Strand sind nicht weit weg, parken kann man direkt am Häuschen. Unsere Fahrräder konnten wir nebenan unter einem Carport unterstellen.
Wir fanden es optimal und buchen hier bestimmt wieder.
