Rabac. The holiday apartment is located on a 1200 sqm open garden plot with flowers, shrubs, and trees. The landlord lives permanently in the house but uses a separate entrance. Holiday apartments KVA RAC 256 (9 people), KVA RAC 257, 258, and 261 (each for 7 people), KVA RAC 260 (8 people), and KVA RAC 262 (6 people) are located in the same house. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 6 cars) on the property. Additional parking spaces are available in a small pine forest next to the house on the property.

Small shop located in the basement of the house (access from the lower side of the house) and is open every day until 9 p.m. In summer: Adriatic Sea 350 m in Rabac (beach 350 m in Rabac with pebbles, rocks and bathing platforms). Tennis, mini golf, boat rental, boat dock each 300 m in Rabac. Nudist beach 800 m.

Kitchenette in the living kitchen with TV, gas stove (4 flames), refrigerator (freezer compartment), coffee machine and electric kettle. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin and toilet. Bedroom with 1 double bed.

Included in the price: internet access, parking place, electricity, gas, water, final cleaning, Bed linen (weekly change), Wi‑Fi (WLAN).
Side costs - Additionally (Payable when booking): additonal fee for short-term stays (less than 4 nights) obligatory 30% per stay.
Costs on the spot: Obligatory: registration fee 5 € per person per stay. local tax by local tariff. On request: air conditioning 8 € per object per day.
