The holiday apartment is located in an apartment building and is furnished in the typical local style. The residence is also popular because of the view from the property over the sea and its hillside location. Available for shared use: barbecue facilities.

Location
Rabac. The holiday apartment is located on a 1200 sqm open plot with flowers, shrubs, and trees. The landlord lives permanently in the house but uses a separate entrance. Holiday apartments KVA RAC 257, 258, and 261 (each for 7 people), KVA RAC 259 (5 people), KVA RAC 260 (8 people), and KVA RAC 262 (6 people) are in the same house. Access is via a side street (paved). Parking (for 6 cars) on the property. Additional parking spaces are located in a small pine forest next to the house on the property.

allowed, EUR 12.00/pet per day.

Shopping 350 m, restaurant 350 m, town center 350 m. Small shop located in the basement of the house (access from the lower side of the house) and is open every day until 9 pm. In summer: Adriatic Sea 350 m in Rabac (beach 350 m in Rabac with pebbles, rocks, and bathing platforms). Tennis, mini golf, boat rental, boat dock each 300 m in Rabac. Naturist beach 800 m.

The entrance to your holiday flat is on the 1st floor
and leads directly into the hallway with wardrobe. Living kitchen with TV and dining area. 3 bedrooms each with 1 double bed. Bedroom with 1 double bed and access to the balcony. Kitchenette in the living kitchen with gas cooker (3 rings), electric hob (1 ring), extractor hood, fridge (freezer compartment), coffee machine and electric kettle. Storage room. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC and window. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC, bidet and window.

Terms of lease and prices:
Included in the price: internet access, parking place, electricity, gas, water, final cleaning, hand towels, Bed linen (weekly change), Wi‑Fi (WLAN).
Side costs - Additionally (Payable when booking): additonal fee for short-term stays (less than 4 nights) obligatory 30% per stay.
Costs on the spot: Obligatory: registration fee 5 € per person per stay. local tax by local tariff. On request: air conditioning 8 € per object per day.

beautiful new apartment, a little weakly equipped kitchen, but otherwise fine. and it is about half a mile uphill from the sea
