The holiday apartment is located in an apartment building and is furnished in the typical local style. The domicile is also popular due to the view of the sea from the property and its hillside location. Available for shared use are: barbecue facilities and terrace.

Rabac. The holiday apartment is located on a 1200 sqm open plot with flowers, shrubs, and trees. The landlord lives permanently in the house but uses a separate entrance. Holiday apartments KVA RAC 256 (9 people), KVA RAC 257 and 261 (each for 7 people), KVA RAC 259 (5 people), KVA RAC 260 (8 people), and KVA RAC 262 (6 people) are located in the same house. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 6 cars) on the property. Additional parking spaces are located in a small pine forest next to the house on the property.

Small shop located in the basement of the house (access from the lower side of the house) and is open every day until 9 p.m. In summer: Adriatic Sea 350 m in Rabac (beach 350 m in Rabac with pebbles, rocks, and bathing platforms). Tennis, mini golf, boat rental, mooring each 300 m in Rabac. Naturist beach 800 m.

Kitchenette in the living kitchen with gas stove (2 flames), electric stove (2 plates), extractor hood, refrigerator (freezer compartment), coffee machine, and electric kettle. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, toilet, and bidet. Bedroom.
