Our 120 sqm apartment offers you a fitted kitchen with dishwasher, a stove with oven and ceramic hob, a refrigerator, a separate freezer, a microwave, a coffee machine, a kettle, a toaster and a well-assorted equipment of dishes, pots and the apartment has a spacious bathroom with shower, toilet, washbasin and bathroom furniture, for a deep sleep our bedroom with a double bed is available, here you can add an extra bed x or a baby travel bed. A box spring sofa bed 1,55 x 2,00m stands shielded by a shelf wall in the large living room and offers a comfortable sleeping possibility for 2 persons. If required, a baby cot can also be placed here. A lockable wardrobe completes this sleeping area and in the living room there is also an upholstered set with a comfortable sofa for 2 and 3 persons and an armchair. A flat screen with SAT connection is also part of the equipment, the Wlan use is free of charge In the large entrance area is not only the access to the apartment but also the access to a 15 sqm balcony with a free view to the nearby forest. The room in front of the balcony offers with a comfortable sitting area an additional place of rest. Garden furniture and a grill are also part of the inventory, so that nothing stands in the way of an untroubled stay outside.

Super great vacation apartment
We had a nice short vacation over New Year’s. Although there was a bit of snow missing in Brilon, Winterberg with its ski and toboggan runs was not far away. The holiday apartment was simply great. We travel often and have stayed in various holiday apartments before. But something so lovingly furnished is definitely rare. One had the feeling that the landlords had decorated and furnished the apartment for themselves. Everyone felt very comfortable right away. Very clean, many beautiful decorative details, games and puzzles for the children, and even a nice little Christmas tree. The kitchen equipment left nothing to be desired. Everything was available, from the potato peeler to the sieve. The beds were very comfortable, we all slept great. The landlords, who live next door, were very friendly and helpful. Thank you very much.

Perfect hostess, neat clean house
What a home this is! Super friendly hostess, and a really clean house, you get really happy from this!!! Everything is spotless, from the oven and the fridge to the bathroom, really perfect!!!!!! And everything is provided, lovely smelling bedding, more than enough towels, everything has been thought of.

Relaxed, wonderful days in the Sauerland
After a warm welcome, we had a very nice, relaxing holiday. Everything was just right. Wonderful flat, super furnishings, everything very neat and clean. Great location and many leisure activities, cycling is possible. We will definitely come back again, we can recommend it without reservation.

Relaxed summer vacation
Very cozy, modern furnished apartment.
Spacious balcony, gas grill, garden furniture - everything great, enjoyed the tranquility and the view.
