The villa, built in 2014, is modern and furnished in the typical local style. The property is located in a residential area on the outskirts of the town. The domicile is also popular due to the view of the sea from the property and its sunny location. For exclusive use, the following are available: sunbathing lawn, sunshade, sun lounger, garden shower, barbecue facilities, terrace, and garden furniture.

Not suitable for youth groups under 25 years of age. Access via a side road. Parking (for 2 cars) on the property.

Pool
All pools are available for your exclusive use. Outdoor pool (operational from mid-May to end of September, can be heated, 3.5 m x 7 m, 1.5 m deep). Pool heating must be requested at least 2 weeks before arrival.

Living room with 2 extra beds on couch/sofa, TV, DVD player, CD player, dining area and access to the balcony access to the terrace (covered, garden furniture, parasol). Bedroom with 2 single beds, TV and air conditioning. 2 bedrooms each with 1 double bed, TV, access to the balcony and air conditioning. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin and WC. Bathroom with bathtub, shower, 1 washbasin, WC and hairdryer. Separate WC with 1 washbasin and WC.

The hosting of parties or events is prohibited.
The landlord does not confirm bookings from youth groups under 25 years of age.
