Novigrad. The holiday apartement is located on a 1500 sqm, closed garden plot with flowers and bushes. The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. The holiday apartments IST NOV 122 (2 persons), IST NOV 123, IST NOV 126, IST NOV 150, IST NOV 151 and IST NOV 152 (each for 4 persons), IST NOV 124 (each for 5 persons) and IST NOV 125 ( 6 persons) are in the same house. Parking lot on the street in front of the house. There are parking spaces for 12 cars.

Air conditioning / heating: air conditioner. Facilities: internet access (WLAN). TV reception takes place via satellite.
Pool
Outdoor pool (5 m x 10 m, depth 1,7 m, for common use). The pool facility can be used from the beginning of May to the beginning of October.

Cooking nook in the living room / bedroom with dining area, electric stove (2 plates), extractor hood, fridge (icebox) and coffee machine. Bathroom with shower, 1 sink, WC and window.
