The holiday apartment is located in an apartment building, was renovated in 2011, and is furnished in the typical local style. The property is situated on the outskirts of the village. The domicile is popular due to its quiet and sunny location. Available for shared use: sunshade, sun lounger, barbecue facilities, pavilion, and garden furniture.

Novigrad. The holiday apartment is located on a 1500 sqm large, enclosed garden plot with flowers and shrubs, bordered by a wall. The landlord lives permanently in the house but uses a separate entrance. The holiday apartments IST NOV 122 (2 people), IST NOV 123, IST NOV 126, IST NOV 150, IST NOV 151, and IST NOV 152 (each for 4 people) and IST NOV 125 (6 people) are located in the same house. Access is via a side street (paved). Parking is available on the street in front of the house. There are parking spaces for 12 cars available.

All pools are available for shared use. Outdoor pool (operational from early May to early October, 5 m x 10 m, 1.7 m deep).

The pool was very good. Apartment clean. The hosts very, very friendly and helpful. The sea was crystal clear and the Karpinjan beach with plenty of space in the shade of large trees was ideal. It didn't have any jellyfish either. Everything great.
