Bužanija is an area with plenty to offer visitors of all tastes, let's explore what you can do around here. Enjoy the vibrant atmosphere of the stunning beaches nearby. You can relax under the sun, take a swim in the clear crystal waters, or try some fun water sports.

Nearby, Novigrad is a charming town on the western coast of Istria, famous for its well-preserved old town, ancient city walls, and the beautiful Church of St. Pelagius and St. Maximus. It’s also known for its delicious seafood, including fresh mussels and oysters, as well as a vibrant marina perfect for water sports and cycling.

For family fun, Istralandia, a popular water park, is just a short drive away, offering a variety of attractions for kids and a great way to spend a day in the sun.

Just a short drive away, you can explore the town of Umag. Its Old Town with cobblestone streets and ancient city walls breathe history. Don't miss to visit the Church of St. Mary and St. Peregrine along with the City Museum.

The villa exceeded our expectations, especially the annex by the pool, which was great for us for cooking or playing. Very large pool. I could recommend it at any time. We shared one negative point (humidity/mold behind the bed in the one-bedroom apartment) with the host.
