The holiday apartment is located in an apartment house, renovated in 2007 and is in the typical country style furnished. The domicile is also popular because of the quiet and sunny location. For common use are available: parasol, sun lounger, grill possibility, pavilion and garden furniture.

Novigrad. The holiday apartement is located on a 1500 sqm, closed garden plot with flowers and bushes. The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. The holiday apartments IST NOV 122 (2 persons), IST NOV 126, IST NOV 150, IST NOV 151 and IST NOV 152 (each for 4 persons), IST NOV 124 (each for 5 persons), IST NOV 125 (6 persons) are located in the same house. Parking lot (for 12 cars) on the property and the street in front of the house.

Air conditioning / heating: air conditioner. Facilities: internet access (WLAN). TV reception takes place via satellite.
Pool
Outdoor pool (5 m x 10 m, depth 1,7 m, for common use). The pool facility can be used from the beginning of May to the beginning of October.

The entrance in your holiday apartment is located in the attic and leads over an outside staircase directly in the hallway. Bedroom with 1 double bed, TV and access to the balcony. Living/bedroom with 2 extra beds on double sofa bed (only suitable for children), TV, dining area (4 seats) and access to the balcony (16 sqm, covered, garden furniture, 1 table, 4 chairs, together with bedroom). Cooking nook in the living room / bedroom with (induction cooker, 2 plates), oven, fridge (icebox) and coffee machine. Bathroom with shower, 1 sink, WC and window.
Terms of lease and prices:
Included in the price: Outdoor pool, internet access, parking place, electricity, gas, water, Bed linen (weekly change), Wireless Internet access.
Side costs - Costs on the spot: Obligatory: registration fee 3 € per person per stay. final cleaning 45 € per object per stay. hand towels to bring along. local tax by local tariff. On request: air conditioning 10 € per object per day. washing machine 5 € per stage of washing programme based on usage. Towels (please order at booking) 10 € per person per week.

The landlords were very nice and helpful. There was an oven in the apartment. Was not available in any apartment. 50% of the lamps had no light bulbs. WLAN worked only in the stairwell or at the pool. But you could live with. Otherwise, the property was very well maintained and if you had a problem were the landlord at any time reachable.
