Novigrad. The studio is located on a 1500 sqm, closed garden plot with flowers and bushes. The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. The holiday apartments IST NOV 123, IST NOV 126, IST NOV 150, IST NOV 151 and IST NOV 152 (each for 4 persons), IST NOV 124 (each for 5 persons) and IST NOV 125 (6 persons) are located in the same house , The access goes via a side road. Parking lot on the street in front of the house. There's parking for 12 cars is available.

Pool
Outdoor pool (5 m x 10 m, depth 1,7 m, for common use). The pool facility can be used from the beginning of May to the beginning of October.

The apartment for 2 people was a converted broom closet.
Much too small and without privacy on the terrace.
The price is way too expensive. From the original 440 euros it then cost 660 euros for 7 days. Vacation canceled after one night. Owners were nice, it was clean. But the accommodation for 2 people was a joke. The other apartments for 4 and 6 people were large with a balcony.
