The holiday apartment is located in an apartment building. The residence is popular due to its quiet and sunny location. Available for exclusive use: sunbathing lawn, sunshade, sun lounger, barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture, campfire site, and courtyard. Barbecue facilities are available for shared use. Travel cot available on request.

Location
Medulin. The holiday apartment is located on a 400 sqm closed garden plot with lawn and flowers. The landlord lives permanently in the house but uses a separate entrance. The holiday apartments IST MED 077, IST MED 078, and IST MED 457 (each for 5 people) and IST MED 456 (4 people) are located in the same house. Access is via a side road (paved). Parking (for 5 cars) is available on the property and the street in front of the house.

Air conditioning. Crib, internet access (Wi-Fi), iron and washing machine. Television reception via satellite. Smart TV with SAT Astra and Hotbird.

Mini golf 1300 m, golf 1500 m, horse riding 2 km, dog beach 250 m, fishing 300 m, tennis 700 m and boat dock 800 m.

The entrance to your holiday apartment is on the ground floor and leads via an external staircase directly into the hallway with a wardrobe. Living/bedroom with 1 extra bed on couch/sofa, TV, dining area (6 seats) and access to the terrace (7 sqm, covered, garden furniture, 1 table, 5 chairs). Bedroom with 2 single beds. Bedroom with 1 double bed and access to the terrace. Kitchenette in the living/bedroom with TV, electric stove (ceramic hob, 4 plates), oven, extractor hood, refrigerator (freezer compartment), coffee machine, toaster and electric kettle. Bathroom with washing machine, shower, 1 washbasin, toilet, hairdryer and window.

Included in the price: babycot, internet access, baby cot, parking place, washing machine, electricity, water, final cleaning, Bed linen (weekly change).
Side costs - Additionally (Payable when booking): local tax.
