Medulin. The holiday apartment is located on a 500 sqm enclosed garden plot with lawn and flowers. The landlord lives permanently in the house but uses a separate entrance. The holiday apartments IST MED 077, IST MED 078, and IST MED 457 (each for 5 people) and IST MED 456 (4 people) are in the same house. Access is via a side street (paved). Parking (for 5 cars) on the property.

Living/bedroom with 1 extra bed on couch/sofa, TV, dining area (6 seats) and access to the terrace (16 sqm, garden furniture, 1 table, 5 chairs, sunshade). Bedroom with 2 single beds. Bedroom with 1 double bed and access to the terrace. Kitchenette in the living/bedroom with dining area, electric stove (ceramic hob, 4 plates), extractor hood, refrigerator (freezer compartment) and coffee machine. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, toilet and window.

Included in the price: parking place, electricity, water, final cleaning, Bed linen (weekly change).
Side costs - Additionally (Payable when booking): local tax.
Costs on the spot: On request: air conditioning 5 € per object per day. For a fee: baby cot.
