During the period mentioned above, we wanted to book a vacation at the Seestern Karlshagen holiday home (Property 19779). Unfortunately, despite numerous attempts with about 10 calls, we were unable to establish any contact with the landlord. This is not an acceptable way of handling the situation, even if there may have been a lot of work involved in renting the property. Better communication would have been helpful. Unless the property was not available for rent at all, then it should not be listed on the internet. I kindly request the party responsible for rentals to improve in order to increase customer satisfaction.
