The holiday flat is for two persons, newly renovated, heated and offers peace and relaxation in a cosy atmosphere. Large windows let in lots of light and the terrace (8sqm) and the garden area extend the flat for a pleasant stay.
The flat consists of a living/kitchen/sleeping area and a bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet.
The kitchen area has a sink, a 4-plate cooker and refrigerator, and is complemented by a coffee maker, kettle and toaster.
The double bed is 180 cm wide and 2 m long and lies comfortably in an alcove. Dining table, sofa and armchair complete the furnishings. The TV with CD/DVD player and WLAN leave hardly anything to be desired in terms of media technology.
Relax with a cup of coffee and enjoy your holiday on the beautiful island of Usedom even in bad weather.

The holiday flat is located on the island of Usedom in the seaside resort of Karlshagen.
It is about 1200 m from the beach and 1000 m from the harbour in a quiet side street in the forest. The building is the former fire station of the old, disused Karlshagen/Peenemünde barracks and has been gradually renovated privately since 2002. A terrace and a piece of garden for sunbathing and barbecuing belong to the holiday flat. By bike you can be at the finest sandy beach or the cosy harbour in 4 minutes.

Cozy, highly recommend
One comes here to relax, as there is very little traffic. It is very cozy and lovingly furnished, and the landlords are very nice and helpful.
