Due to its location on the main canal/"Cap Ras", the house offers you direct access to the canal system of the marina. In a few minutes, you can reach the open sea and the picturesque bay of Roses with your boat. Enjoy the trip with your boat, which can be comfortably moored at the house's own jetty. Empuriabrava (Spanish: Ampuriabrava) is a holiday resort in Catalonia on the Costa Brava on the Gulf of Roses and is the suburb of the municipality of Castelló d'Empúries, founded as recently as 1960 in the former marshland of the Muga estuary. It has a population of about (2005). Empuriabrava has the largest marina in Europe with over 30 kilometres of navigable canals and boat moorings. The marina is designed in such a way that many buildings have direct access to the water through an ingenious system of roads, paths and canals.
Empuriabrava is also considered an Eldorado for skydivers, as it has an airfield from which, in windless weather, you can skydive in one of the largest centres in Europe. The flat, fine-sand Platja d'Empúriabrava beach is about 1.6 km long and one of the widest on the Costa Brava. Empuriabrava also has other well-maintained sandy beaches. The range of leisure and sports activities seems almost unlimited and leaves almost nothing to be desired. We recommend a visit to the Dali Museum, an excursion to the famous Montserrat Monastery or a trip to the Spanish metropolis of Barcelona. Almost all tours can also be booked on site. Rental cars, bicycles, boats, jet skis and the like can also be conveniently booked directly in Empuriabrava.

Super beautiful vacation
We had a wonderful relaxing vacation. This beautiful house has everything you need. Well-equipped kitchen and two modernized bathrooms with walk-in shower. The air conditioning helped to withstand the considerable heat. The pool was the highlight. Very nice outdoor area to relax. We can highly recommend this beautiful holiday home.

Beautiful holiday

Dear Berkenkopf family
We would like to thank you for this great holiday in this lovely tower villa. We found everything as described and felt very comfortable. Since there are roller blinds in the whole house, we slept really well. The outdoor area, especially the pool, was of course the highlight. The location is top ! Very quietly situated on the corner, so that we could see the passing boats. Thanks to our own mooring, we could even explore everything with our paddles
However, we went to the beach and into town by car. It would have been too far to walk with our air mattress and co
The house is equipped with everything you need. Nothing was missing. The ice cube machine was great and kept our drinks cold in the evening. The air conditioners downstairs and upstairs are perfect. The wifi is very good. Especially as we were there with 2 boys aged 15. Not to be thought away ?
Conclusion
We spent a wonderful holiday in Empuriabrava and would love to come back. Friends of ours have already booked for 2023

With the arrival relaxation begins.
As soon as you open the door of the house, the vacation and relaxation begin. The house offers everything you need for a relaxing family vacation. You immediately feel comfortable here. As repeat offenders, we will come back :)
