Our detached holiday home on the canal in a central location offers you and your family living comfort on 2 floors. The spacious property offers plenty of room to romp and play and a well-kept swimming pool with outdoor shower offers you and your children water fun and a pleasant way to cool down. 2 jetties (11 m and 8 m) are the ideal starting point for your boat trips through Empuriabrava's countless canals or on the open sea.
The beautiful villa has 3 large bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, two balconies, a spacious living room and an American-style kitchen (counter with pass-through and enough bar stools).
The house is fully equipped with air conditioning (cold/warm), dishwasher, oven, washing machine, SAT-TV and internet connection/WLAN.
You can park your car safely in the house's own garage or on the associated parking space (2 cars).
The 650 square metre property offers enough space for your family, the spacious pool invites you to refresh yourself after an undisturbed sunbath. There is plenty of garden furniture. A large palm tree provides pleasant shade if desired. Enjoy your sunbath on the terrace, by the pool or in the cosy seating area by the jetty, where you can enjoy a wonderful view of the canal and the mountains in the evening. You are also welcome to use your barbecue here.
* The layout of the living floors:
On the ground floor is the spacious living and dining area with the adjoining American kitchen. (pass-through, counter and bar stools). From the living area you can reach the terrace of the house and the outdoor facilities. Furthermore, there is a bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with shower, bidet, WC and bathtub on the ground floor.
On the upper floor there are two spacious bedrooms, each with its own bathroom (bidet, shower, bathtub, WC). Both bedrooms have a separate balcony. The layout of the house is ideal for a holiday with friends.
Shopping facilities are in the immediate vicinity (approx. 200 m). In the village there are well-known German discounters, German bakeries and German-speaking doctors.

The well-kept place offers holidaymakers a complete range of recreational and leisure facilities and has developed into a real stronghold for parachutists from all over Europe. Every minute, small motorised planes take off and bring the skydivers to the optimal jump height. Beginners are offered tandem jumps, which will certainly be the highlight of your Costa Brava stay.

Empuriabrava is a suburb of the municipality of Castelló d'Empúries on the Gulf of Roses in the province of Girona in Catalonia. Extensive sandy beaches and the view of the nearby Pyrenees offer you a special and unique holiday ambience.
Empuriabrava has the largest marina in Europe. A characteristic feature of the town is the grid-like network of navigable canals with a total length of over 30 kilometres and approx. 5000 boat moorings. Boat trips through the canals of Empuriabrava or through the picturesque bay of Roses, windsurfing, diving, jet skiing and fishing possibilities make the heart of every water-loving holidaymaker beat faster.

A fantastic vacation in a great house
This wonderful holiday accommodation was recommended to us by friends, and the villa more than lived up to their descriptions. The house truly offers everything you need for a dream vacation on the Costa Brava...great and spacious amenities, a huge garden, and not to forget, the inviting heated swimming pool. The cozy evenings with dreamy sunsets on the boat terrace were very enjoyable with cool drinks, and we still miss them after returning home. The house itself offers every imaginable comfort, is equipped with everything necessary, and is in very good condition. Our new car was safely parked in the property's parking lot, securely behind a steel sliding gate. We will definitely come back with friends and have already booked for 2021.
