Description

We rent our holiday home in the holiday park Aquadelta in Bruinisse / Zeeland.
The house is located in the park part de Kreek and was completely renovated and newly furnished in 2016.
The house offers enough space for 4 persons plus small child.
On the ground floor there is a bedroom with a double bed (140x200 cm) and the bathroom with shower, WC and washbasin. The new kitchenette is equipped with a dishwasher, ceramic hob with oven, microwave and a refrigerator with freezer compartment.
In the living room you can relax in the evening by the open fireplace. There is also a new flat-screen television with German programmes.
The terrace offers wonderful sunshine throughout the day due to its south/west orientation. The property borders on a small playground, so that the little ones can play and the adults can lie on the terrace in the sun. The existing fireplace grill leaves nothing to be desired.
On the upper floor there is a separate toilet and another bedroom with two single beds.
The holiday home has everything you need for a trip with a toddler:
- Children's crockery and high chair
- Step stool in the bathroom
- Door guard for the above bedroom
- Toys
- a travel bed, which can be used free of charge.

Location and surroundings of object

The holiday park offers a swimming pool, tennis court, table tennis, table football, bowling, squash, billiards, mini golf (some subject to a fee).
There are also several playgrounds, a free indoor playground and children's entertainment during the high season. There is a riding stable in the immediate vicinity.
In the centre of the park you will find a supermarket (open daily), restaurant, bistro, launderette and bicycle rental.
The 18-hole golf course is right next to the holiday park.
The park borders directly on the Grevelinger Meer, which is ideal for swimming, boating, water skiing, surfing, kitesurfing, fishing and diving.
In the immediate vicinity of the new marina there is a child-friendly bathing bay. ( about 5 min walk).
There is a boat rental, a sailing school and a great water playground for children. The fishing village Bruinisse is about 1km away.
In the surrounding area you will find many worth seeing cities and attractions. You can get information material at the reception.
Possible excursion destinations could be:
Zierikzee (10 km), Goes (20 km), Middelburg (50 km), Rotterdam (50 km), The Hague (80 km), Antwerp (80 km) .
It is about 30km to the wide North Sea beaches.

Beautiful short vacation

We spent our short vacation in this nice little house. The communication with the landlord was always great and smooth. The house was nicely furnished and the location in the park was good! We had already stayed in another house in this park before, which we would not rent again. However, we would always choose this one for a short vacation. The cleanliness was not quite optimal, but it was okay. Here, as a landlord, I think you can only rely on the cleaning company, which may have had a bit more to do during the summer holidays. In terms of equipment, everything we needed was available. The park itself could be maintained a bit better, but it was okay. The surrounding area is well-suited for excursions. There are several things within walking distance. We thank the landlord for the nice communication and will definitely come back again.

Family vacation with a dog

The holiday home was perfect for us, with children and dogs.
It lacked nothing, and you could really relax and unwind.
We drove about half an hour to the North Sea beach in Renesse.
It was incredibly beautiful there and highly recommended.
The Aquadelta Park itself was also nice, but we expected more in terms of attractions for children.
However, it should be noted that we had some not-so-great weather at times, which made it difficult to do anything.
The playground was flooded, so you couldn't play table tennis, etc.
But I think in the summer, with nice weather, the desire and possibilities for activities are even better, and you have many more options to fully enjoy the Aquadelta Park.
Overall, we can't complain! It was an incredibly beautiful holiday and we would go back there at any time, especially to the holiday home of the Link family.
Communication was top-notch, and if there were any suggestions or questions, a quick response followed.
The booking also went smoothly, without any complications.
It is definitely recommended!

Everything is great!

We felt very comfortable in the house. Everything was great! Pleasant communication with the landlady. Prompt feedback when asking questions! Optimal starting point for excursions. You can go for wonderful walks in the area, perfect for dogs too. We would rent the house again.

Couples vacation with dog

Ferienhaus Bruinisse

Electric lock with code did not work, we had to call the landlord to get into the house. The house was freezing cold, the heating was off, we had to call the landlord again. The stairs to the upper floor are very steep and not suitable for children and people with walking difficulties. The walls are very thin, you can hear every word spoken in the neighboring house. The booking and the refund of the deposit were flawless.

Small holiday home with good amenities

The holiday home is located in a holiday park in Bruinisse. The complex is beautiful but quite far from the beaches. So, a car is needed. The accommodation is very small but sufficient for 4 people. Especially the bedroom on the ground floor and the bathroom were too small for us. The final cleaning by the previous tenant was not very thorough. We had expected better for the €50 cleaning fee. Next time, we will choose accommodation closer to the beach.

Leider eine Enttäuschung

We were really looking forward to our vacation and were given the opportunity to rent the house for just one night. The arrangements beforehand went great and the communication was very friendly; we were allowed to arrive earlier and leave later. However, we were disappointed when we arrived. The house had spiders and cobwebs in almost every other corner, the duvet had big stains, as did the armchairs and the sofa. Additionally, the sofa and armchairs were covered in an incredible amount of animal hair. After complaining about it, we were indeed called by the cleaning company asking if they should come again, but we had already cleaned everything ourselves to feel somewhat comfortable. We did not hear anything from the landlady until we sent another message. Very disappointing!

Arrive and feel at home!

We had a great vacation in a very clean and beautiful holiday apartment. The furnishings left nothing to be desired - we immediately felt at home. The location is perfect for numerous excursions.

Very positively to be highlighted are the good parking situation and the supermarket for fresh bread in the morning.

We can definitely recommend the holiday apartment and hope that we ourselves will be guests again soon!!!

We will come back.

We were very satisfied.
The house is small but nice, it was totally sufficient for 4 people.
You have everything you need, super equipped, and lovingly furnished. The area is also very appealing.
Super beautiful sandy beaches very close by.
Many playing possibilities for the very little ones.
We will definitely come back.
