We rent our holiday home in the holiday park Aquadelta in Bruinisse / Zeeland.
The house is located in the park part de Kreek and was completely renovated and newly furnished in 2016.
The house offers enough space for 4 persons plus small child.
On the ground floor there is a bedroom with a double bed (140x200 cm) and the bathroom with shower, WC and washbasin. The new kitchenette is equipped with a dishwasher, ceramic hob with oven, microwave and a refrigerator with freezer compartment.
In the living room you can relax in the evening by the open fireplace. There is also a new flat-screen television with German programmes.
The terrace offers wonderful sunshine throughout the day due to its south/west orientation. The property borders on a small playground, so that the little ones can play and the adults can lie on the terrace in the sun. The existing fireplace grill leaves nothing to be desired.
On the upper floor there is a separate toilet and another bedroom with two single beds.
The holiday home has everything you need for a trip with a toddler:

The holiday park offers a swimming pool, tennis court, table tennis, table football, bowling, squash, billiards, mini golf (some subject to a fee).
There are also several playgrounds, a free indoor playground and children's entertainment during the high season. There is a riding stable in the immediate vicinity.
In the centre of the park you will find a supermarket (open daily), restaurant, bistro, launderette and bicycle rental.
The 18-hole golf course is right next to the holiday park.
The park borders directly on the Grevelinger Meer, which is ideal for swimming, boating, water skiing, surfing, kitesurfing, fishing and diving.
In the immediate vicinity of the new marina there is a child-friendly bathing bay. ( about 5 min walk).
There is a boat rental, a sailing school and a great water playground for children. The fishing village Bruinisse is about 1km away.
In the surrounding area you will find many worth seeing cities and attractions. You can get information material at the reception.
Possible excursion destinations could be:
Zierikzee (10 km), Goes (20 km), Middelburg (50 km), Rotterdam (50 km), The Hague (80 km), Antwerp (80 km) .
It is about 30km to the wide North Sea beaches.

Evaluation of the house Fazantendreef 9
We have known the holiday resort for decades, are familiar with different holiday homes, and always enjoy coming to Bruinisse.
We booked the holiday home with two adults and two small children and would like to share our experiences.
Upon arrival, the house was unfortunately not cleaned. The landlord openly admitted this and refunded the costs for the final cleaning we carried out, which we would like to highlight positively. Regardless, we had the impression that the property is overall in a poorly maintained condition. The furnishings are clearly outdated and do not match the very positive impressions from the listing. Additionally, there were minor defects, such as non-functioning light bulbs or a loose door handle. Since cleanliness and condition – especially with small children – are very important to us, we have decided to end our stay early and leave two days earlier. The good weather contributed to us being able to enjoy the time partially nonetheless.
Overall, we unfortunately cannot recommend this holiday home. Neither the condition nor the amenities justify the representation in the listing, and we would not suggest a booking to anyone in good conscience.

Beautiful short vacation
We spent our short vacation in this nice little house. The communication with the landlord was always great and smooth. The house was nicely furnished and the location in the park was good! We had already stayed in another house in this park before, which we would not rent again. However, we would always choose this one for a short vacation. The cleanliness was not quite optimal, but it was okay. Here, as a landlord, I think you can only rely on the cleaning company, which may have had a bit more to do during the summer holidays. In terms of equipment, everything we needed was available. The park itself could be maintained a bit better, but it was okay. The surrounding area is well-suited for excursions. There are several things within walking distance. We thank the landlord for the nice communication and will definitely come back again.

Family vacation with a dog
The holiday home was perfect for us, with children and dogs.
It lacked nothing, and you could really relax and unwind.
We drove about half an hour to the North Sea beach in Renesse.
It was incredibly beautiful there and highly recommended.
The Aquadelta Park itself was also nice, but we expected more in terms of attractions for children.
However, it should be noted that we had some not-so-great weather at times, which made it difficult to do anything.
The playground was flooded, so you couldn't play table tennis, etc.
But I think in the summer, with nice weather, the desire and possibilities for activities are even better, and you have many more options to fully enjoy the Aquadelta Park.
Overall, we can't complain! It was an incredibly beautiful holiday and we would go back there at any time, especially to the holiday home of the Link family.
Communication was top-notch, and if there were any suggestions or questions, a quick response followed.
The booking also went smoothly, without any complications.
It is definitely recommended!

Everything is great!
We felt very comfortable in the house. Everything was great! Pleasant communication with the landlady. Prompt feedback when asking questions! Optimal starting point for excursions. You can go for wonderful walks in the area, perfect for dogs too. We would rent the house again.

Das Ferienhaus haben wir mit zwei Erwachsenen und zwei kleinen Kindern gebucht und möchten unsere Erfahrungen teilen.
Bei der Ankunft war das Haus leider nicht gereinigt. Der Vermieter hat dies offen eingeräumt und die Kosten für die von uns durchgeführte Endreinigung erstattet, was wir positiv hervorheben möchten.
Unabhängig davon hatten wir jedoch den Eindruck, dass sich die Immobilie insgesamt in einem wenig gepflegten Zustand befindet. Die Ausstattung ist deutlich in die Jahre gekommen und entspricht aus unserer Sicht nicht den sehr positiven Eindrücken aus dem Inserat. Zudem gab es kleinere Mängel, wie beispielsweise nicht funktionierende Glühbirnen oder eine lockere Türklinke.
Da uns Sauberkeit und Zustand – insbesondere mit kleinen Kindern – sehr wichtig sind, haben wir uns entschieden, den Aufenthalt vorzeitig zu beenden und zwei Tage früher abzureisen. Das gute Wetter hat dazu beigetragen, dass wir die Zeit dennoch teilweise genießen konnten.
Insgesamt können wir dieses Ferienhaus leider nicht weiterempfehlen. Weder der Zustand noch die Ausstattung rechtfertigen die Darstellung im Inserat, und eine Buchung würden wir niemandem guten Gewissens nahelegen.
Wir danken der Vermieterin für die nette Kommunikation und werden sicherlich nochmal wiederkommen.
Es fehlte an nichts und man konnte sich mal so richtig entspannen und erholen.
Bis zum Nordseestrand nach Renesse, sind wir ca eine halbe Stunde hingefahren.
Es war unglaublich schön dort und sehr empfehlenswert.
Der Aquadelta Park an sich, war zwar auch schön gewesen, aber wir haben uns mehr erhofft, was die Attraktionen für Kinder betrifft.
Man muss aber auch dazu sagen, dass wir zum Teil nicht so tolles Wetter hier und da hatten und es einem somit erschwert hat, überhaupt was zu unternehmen.
Somit stand der Spielplatz unter Wasser, man konnte kein Tischtennis dadurch spielen usw.
Aber ich denke, im Sommer, bei schönem Wetter, ist die Unternehmungslustigkeit bzw Möglichkeit noch besser und man hat dann dort viel mehr Möglichkeiten den Aquadelta Park voll und ganz auszunutzen.
Im großen und ganzen, kann man sich nicht beschweren! Es war ein unglaublich schöner Urlaub gewesen und würden zu jeder Zeit wieder hinfahren, vor allem in dem Ferienhaus von Familie Link.
Die Kommunikation war 1a, wenn Anregungen oder Fragen aufgekommen sind, kam auch schnellstmöglich eine Antwort.
Die Buchung ging auch reibungslos ab, ohne Komplikationen usw.
Man kann es definitiv weiterempfehlen!
Jedoch wurden wir als wir ankamen enttäuscht. Das Haus hatte in fast jeder zweiten Ecke Spinnen und Spinnennetze, die Bettdecke hatte große Flecken, so wie die Sessel und das Sofa auch. Zudem waren das Sofa und die Sessel mit unglaublich vielen Tierhaaren belegt.
Nach der Beschwerde darüber wurden wir zwar von der Reinigungsfirma angerufen, ob sie nochmal kommen sollten, aber da hatten wir alles schon selber gereinigt um uns halbwegs wohlzufühlen. Von der Vermieterin haben wir dazu nichts gehört, erst nach einer erneuten Nachricht von uns.
Sehr schade verlaufen!
Sehr positiv hervorzuheben sind die gute Parkplatzsituation und der Supermarkt für die frischen Brötchen am Morgen.
Wir können die Ferienwohnung auf jedenfall weiterempfehlen und hoffen, daß wir selber bald wieder zu Gast sein dürfen!!!
Das Haus ist klein aber fein,hat für 4 Personen total ausgereicht.
Man hat alles alles was man braucht,Super Ausgestattet,und liebevoll eingerichtet.
Die Gegend ist auch sehr ansprechend.
Super schöne Sandstrände ganz in der Nähe.
Viele Spielmöglichkeiten für die ganz kleinen.
Wir werden aufjedenfall wieder kommen
