Description
We rent our holiday home in the holiday park Aquadelta in Bruinisse / Zeeland.
The house is located in the park part de Kreek and was completely renovated and newly furnished in 2016.
The house offers enough space for 4 persons plus small child.
On the ground floor there is a bedroom with a double bed (140x200 cm) and the bathroom with shower, WC and washbasin. The new kitchenette is equipped with a dishwasher, ceramic hob with oven, microwave and a refrigerator with freezer compartment.
In the living room you can relax in the evening by the open fireplace. There is also a new flat-screen television with German programmes.
The terrace offers wonderful sunshine throughout the day due to its south/west orientation. The property borders on a small playground, so that the little ones can play and the adults can lie on the terrace in the sun. The existing fireplace grill leaves nothing to be desired.
On the upper floor there is a separate toilet and another bedroom with two single beds.
The holiday home has everything you need for a trip with a toddler:

- a travel bed, which can be used free of charge.

The holiday park offers a swimming pool, tennis court, table tennis, table football, bowling, squash, billiards, mini golf (some subject to a fee).
There are also several playgrounds, a free indoor playground and children's entertainment during the high season. There is a riding stable in the immediate vicinity.
In the centre of the park you will find a supermarket (open daily), restaurant, bistro, launderette and bicycle rental.
The 18-hole golf course is right next to the holiday park.
The park borders directly on the Grevelinger Meer, which is ideal for swimming, boating, water skiing, surfing, kitesurfing, fishing and diving.
In the immediate vicinity of the new marina there is a child-friendly bathing bay. ( about 5 min walk).
There is a boat rental, a sailing school and a great water playground for children. The fishing village Bruinisse is about 1km away.
In the surrounding area you will find many worth seeing cities and attractions. You can get information material at the reception.
Possible excursion destinations could be:
Zierikzee (10 km), Goes (20 km), Middelburg (50 km), Rotterdam (50 km), The Hague (80 km), Antwerp (80 km) .
It is about 30km to the wide North Sea beaches.

Family vacation with a dog
The holiday home was perfect for us, with children and dogs.
It lacked nothing, and you could really relax and unwind.
We drove about half an hour to the North Sea beach in Renesse.
It was incredibly beautiful there and highly recommended.
The Aquadelta Park itself was also nice, but we expected more in terms of attractions for children.
However, it should be noted that we had some not-so-great weather at times, which made it difficult to do anything.
The playground was flooded, so you couldn't play table tennis, etc.
But I think in the summer, with nice weather, the desire and possibilities for activities are even better, and you have many more options to fully enjoy the Aquadelta Park.
Overall, we can't complain! It was an incredibly beautiful holiday and we would go back there at any time, especially to the holiday home of the Link family.
Communication was top-notch, and if there were any suggestions or questions, a quick response followed.
The booking also went smoothly, without any complications.
It is definitely recommended!

Everything is great!
We felt very comfortable in the house. Everything was great! Pleasant communication with the landlady. Prompt feedback when asking questions! Optimal starting point for excursions. You can go for wonderful walks in the area, perfect for dogs too. We would rent the house again.

Pärchen Urlaub mit Hund
Es waren super Tage! Wir wollten spontan am Abreisetag bis zum Mittag bleiben, war absolut kein Problem. Gerne wieder!! :-)

Ferienhaus Bruinisse
Elektrisches Schloss mit Code funktionierte nicht, wir mussten den Vermieter anrufen um in das Haus zu kommen. Das Haus war eiskalt, die Heizung war aus, wir mussten den Vermieter nochmals anrufen. Die Treppe zum Obergeschoss ist sehr steil und für Kinder und gehbehinderte Menschen nicht geeignet. Die Wände sind sehr dünn, man hört jedes Wort Dasia Nachbarhaus gesprochen wird. Die Buchung und die Rückzahlung der Kaution war einwandfrei.

Rundum zufrieden
Die Wohnung liegt ruhig und zentral und es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Wir haben uns als Familie sehr wohl gefühlt und bei Fragen an die Vermieter auch sofort Antwort erhalten. Danke.

Schöner Urlaub
Die Ferienwohnung ist super ausgestattet, alles ist vorhanden, sogar notwendige Dinge wie Backpapier, Salz und Gewürze. Es ist ziemlich modern eingerichtet und liebevoll gestaltet.

Kleines Ferienhaus mit guter Ausstattung
Das Ferienhaus liegt in einem Ferienpark in Bruinisse. Die Anlage ist schön, liegt aber recht weit von den Badestränden entfernt. Man braucht also ein Auto. Die Unterkunft ist sehr klein aber ausreichen für 4 Personen. Insbesondere das Schlafzimmer im Erdgeschoß und das Bad sind uns zu klein gewesen. Die Endreinigung des Vormieters war nicht sehr gründlich. Das hatten wir uns für 50€ Endreinigungsgebühr besser vorgestellt. Beim nächsten Mal wählen wir eine Unterkunft die sich näher am Strand befindet.

Familienurlaub
Das Haus hat alles was man evtl benötigt und noch viel mehr. Das Wetter war durchwachsen, aber es gab Spiele für die ganze Familie. Die Kinder konnten bedenkenlos die Umgebung erkunden und auf dem Spielplatz und im Zentrum spielen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Leider eine Enttäuschung
Wir hatten uns sehr auf den Urlaub gefreut und uns wurde die Chance gegeben das Haus für nur eine Nacht zu mieten. Die Absprachen vorher verliefen super und die Kommunikation war sehr nett, wir durften früher anreisen und später abreisen.
Jedoch wurden wir als wir ankamen enttäuscht. Das Haus hatte in fast jeder zweiten Ecke Spinnen und Spinnennetze, die Bettdecke hatte große Flecken, so wie die Sessel und das Sofa auch. Zudem waren das Sofa und die Sessel mit unglaublich vielen Tierhaaren belegt.
Nach der Beschwerde darüber wurden wir zwar von der Reinigungsfirma angerufen, ob sie nochmal kommen sollten, aber da hatten wir alles schon selber gereinigt um uns halbwegs wohlzufühlen. Von der Vermieterin haben wir dazu nichts gehört, erst nach einer erneuten Nachricht von uns.
Sehr schade verlaufen!

Ankommen und wohlfühlen!
Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub in einer sehr sauberen und schönen Ferienwohnung. Die Einrichtung ließ keine Wünsche offen - wir haben uns sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt. Die Lage ist perfekt für zahlreiche Ausflugsmöglichkeiten.
Sehr positiv hervorzuheben sind die gute Parkplatzsituation und der Supermarkt für die frischen Brötchen am Morgen.
Wir können die Ferienwohnung auf jedenfall weiterempfehlen und hoffen, daß wir selber bald wieder zu Gast sein dürfen!!!

Sehr gemütliches Ferienhaus

Wir kommen wieder
Wir waren sehr zufrieden.
Das Haus ist klein aber fein,hat für 4 Personen total ausgereicht.
Man hat alles alles was man braucht,Super Ausgestattet,und liebevoll eingerichtet.
Die Gegend ist auch sehr ansprechend.
Super schöne Sandstrände ganz in der Nähe.

Sehr angebehme Unterkunft

Liebevoll eingerichtetes und sehr gut ausgestattetes Reihenhaus. Ruhige Lage am Rand des Geländes. Durch einen mobilen Zaun perfekt für Hundebesitzer und Familien mit kleineren Kindern. Der (Mail-) Kontakt mit den Eigentümern war optimal - schnell, freundlich und hilfsbereit!
