The Nordsee Wellness Huus is a holiday home built in 2016 in Frisian style at the end of a dead-end street.

The holiday home is located in beautiful Neßmersiel at the end of a dead-end street. Neßmersiel is a district of the municipality of Dornum and is located on the East Frisian North Sea coast. It has two parking spaces directly at the house. The garden faces south-west. The sauna garden faces east and is protected from view by a wooden fence
The Edeka market and the bakery are four to five minutes away. Restaurants can be reached in five to six minutes on foot
Neßmersiel is a place of peace and quiet. It offers everything you need - restaurants, bakery and Edeka market.
Leisure activities are provided for. Cycling, hiking, lying on the beach, walking on the mud flats, skating, fishing, canoeing, boat tours, a range of wellness treatments can be found at WellNessmersiel and a play paradise for children at Sturmfrei on Störtebeker Straße
Sturmfrei - the indoor play centre also has a family cinema, bowling alley, climbing wall, trampoline jumping, Wii games and much more. Due to its good location, Neßmersiel is a popular starting point for mudflat walks. There is also a golf course nearby, as well as a mini-golf course and a heated seawater swimming pool.

Beautiful holiday home
The house is equipped with everything one needs and is very clean and lovingly furnished. A beautiful, quiet location that leaves nothing to be desired for relaxation, especially with the integrated sauna in the house. Ms. Daro welcomed us very kindly and immediately addressed any questions we had. We would definitely recommend and book this holiday home again if we vacation there.

Wonderful relaxing time out for two
Our first holiday at the North Sea was a complete success ;-)
We would like to thank the Wershofen family for the wonderful FH and Mrs Daro for her on-site support.
When we were looking for a holiday by the sea, we found the FH by chance and it was a direct hit. It is beautiful and very lovingly furnished.
Everything you need is there. The kitchen is superbly equipped. There are three coffee machines to choose from, which is something you don't find in every home!
The FH is located in a quiet, well-kept residential area. You can walk to the harbour, watch wonderful sunsets or simply observe nature. A trip to the seal station in Norden is a must. We were thrilled by the adorable howlers. A visit to the Christmas market at the moated castle in Dornum got us in the mood for the Advent season. We took the ferry to Norderney under a bright blue sky and pure sunshine.
We are always asked by friends what we want to do by the sea in December?
Our answer is: absolute relaxation, peace and quiet.
And if the weather doesn't cooperate, the Nordsee Wellness Huus is just the right place for you. You can relax in the in-house sauna and end the evening cosily with candlelight and a glass of wine by the cosy fireplace.
Another very important thing to mention is the really great support from the Wershofen family from the moment you enquire about your booking. You book an all-round carefree package

One says "moin" in the North... we can only say one thing about this house... Fantastically quiet... Fantastically unique and very very beautiful. We had a wonderful holiday in the North and this house and its location contributed to it. WE WILL COME BACK :-)))))) Regards to the Wershofen family.

Highly recommended
A great holiday home! Nothing is missing, and it is very well equipped. Cleanliness is excellent. We had a relaxing time, no matter what the weather was like. The house offers plenty of space and opportunities to pass the time. The sauna is a real bonus.
