This well-maintained house surrounded by a beautiful garden with palm trees located in the eastern border area of Marbella. Costa Bella / Vistamar (exit El Rosario) is about 6 km from the center of Marbella. The entire property is surrounded by a wall from the outside and almost invisible. They have a pool for themselves alone and are completely undisturbed. The three sheep rooms are equipped with double bed, two single beds and a m bed. Holiday in an idyllic location
We were very lucky to spend our holiday in this beautiful holiday home
The communication with the landlords, Mr. and Mrs. Wandel, was extremely cordial and courteous. The on-site service by the Fischer family was also characterised by friendliness and helpfulness.
We felt not only welcome, but at home
The fully equipped house, with a beautiful large pool and a wonderful garden "Eden", is almost secluded. There is everything you need to have a carefree and undisturbed holiday
The fine sandy beach (approx. 400m) and shopping facilities for daily needs are within walking distance.
There are also several restaurants on the beach and in the village within walking distance.
The central location invites you to explore the surrounding area full of sights.
We rented a car on site in Marbella. (Budget Cars)
Of course, you can also take the bus or book an excursion.
Our first time here will not be our last. We will definitely be back.

Ideal for rest and relaxation
We were lucky enough to spend our holidays in this lovely holiday home. The communication with the landlord was very friendly and accommodating. The service on site was also very cordial.
The house is in an excellent location. You can reach the beach or the shops in 5 minutes.
The furnishings are very functional, especially the kitchen is nice and big for 4 people
Our dog also felt very comfortable here. The completely enclosed property is perfect for this.
The pool and garden are regularly maintained and invite you to relax.
Many thanks to the Wandel family for their efforts.
We will definitely come back again.

Vacation in paradise
We had the luck to spend our vacation twice in the beautiful house Mi Capriccio for four weeks each time, once from December 23, 2012, to January 23, 2013, and from June 23, 2013, to July 20, 2013. It was always a wonderful time with beautiful weather, and even in the summer, the kilometer-long sandy beach just 5 minutes' walk away with its many cozy beach restaurants was never crowded. The holiday home, the associated garden, and the swimming pool are wonderfully cozy, well-maintained and clean. The proximity to the highway is absolutely no problem, there is no disturbing noise. Shopping facilities can be reached within a three-minute walk, also for fresh baguette in the morning. All in all, it was a beautiful few weeks for us. From 8th December 2013 to 2nd March ---. In 2014, we will spend several lovely months in the cozy holiday home again. I think that says more than all the praise. Furthermore, we can only agree with the words of the previous reviews.

An oasis to feel good
We spent 5 wonderful weeks in "Mi Capricho" in February/March. The reservation and communication with the nice landlords was a pleasure in the run-up to our holiday and everything went smoothly.
The German housekeeping is on site and they are always helpful with tips, advice and action.
"Mi Capricho" is in a quiet location and we liked it right away. The comfort in the form of a dishwasher, enough dishes, freezer, oven, washing machine, dryer - as well as the technical comfort up to the internet "sweetened" our holiday.
The ground level location is well suited for seniors. Even if you are on holiday with several parties, everyone has their own private area, as there are 3 separate bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The house is comfortably furnished, it simply has a feel-good atmosphere, and we felt at home right away!
In February we were glad to have heating (or fireplace) - the air conditioning helps against the summer heat. Very interesting and helpful are also the carefully summarised tips in the folder on shopping, restaurants and excursion destinations in the area.
From the living room and bedrooms you look into the really lovingly landscaped garden with blossoming flowers, palm trees, orange and lemon trees. The blossom and the scent of the orange tree were indescribable!
Two cosy terraces invite you to linger outside and you can swim wonderfully in the large, clean pool. You can always find a sunny or shady spot to enjoy the beautiful garden.
The well-maintained, kilometre-long sandy beach is only a 5-minute walk away and invites you to take wonderful walks.
We enjoyed the cosy atmosphere as well as the especially nice communication with the landlords very much and would spend our holidays in "Mi Capricho" again at any time, because we really felt "at home" here in the distance !

shopping facilities: Supermarkt, Bäckerei, Apotheke sind in 5 Min. zu Fuß erreichbar. Zu Lidl und weiteren Supermärkten ca.15 Min.Fußweg, oder man nimmt das Auto für den Großeinkauf.
Schöne Märkte in Marbella, Mijas, Fuengirola.....
Kurz vor Marbella findet man das Einkaufszentrum "La Canada" und am Anfang von Fuengirola das "Miramar" - hier kann man durch viele Geschäfte bummeln, essen gehen und umsonst parken.

Mi Capricho is a small paradise
First of all, a big thank you to the landlords that we, 2 couples, could spend our 14-day holiday in this little paradise. The house and garden are lovingly designed and maintained. Among palm trees and beautifully blooming flowers, one can dream away the day by the clean and refreshing swimming pool, without any outside views disturbing. There is also nothing missing in the house, a wonderfully equipped kitchen, a rich bookshelf for bookworms, plenty of games for young and old. Very noteworthy and helpful are the detailed information folders with many tips for outings and local restaurants. The location of the house is perfect, a short walk to the kilometer-long sandy beach and not far from Marbella city, which is definitely worth seeing. Particularly noteworthy is also the very courteous and super nice contact with the landlord from the beginning. All in all, a perfect, relaxing holiday, we would love to come back to this little paradise.

shopping facilities: Zu Fuß in 5 Minuten erreichbar ein Spanischer Supermarkt, in der Nähe mehrer große Einkaufszentren.

A very beautiful vacation with an absolute desire to repeat.
We - two families, each with one child - spent wonderful and carefree Pentecost holidays here! The house is lovingly furnished and well-equipped (with dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, and grill, nothing is lacking). The location is wonderful, the beach is in close proximity (jogging or running along the beach in the morning is highly recommended!) and the pool was naturally the highlight for the kids (I think the two of them were never dry throughout the whole vacation). The landlords are very pleasant and think of everything: they have even compiled a lot of information for excursions and restaurants in a folder, so that you can navigate very well. In addition, there are German contact persons on site who are happy to help. In short, we really liked it (we have already looked for availability in the summer holidays) and we would love to come back. As we have learned, even the bathroom is now being renovated, so then nothing will be missing!

Traumurlaub
The property is a dream. A well-kept bungalow in Spanish style, a beautiful garden with palm trees, flowers, a large pool, not visible from the outside, the beach nearby, Marbella city not far away - what more could one want. Inside the house, everything is very clean, the rooms are spacious, air conditioning is available, the kitchen is well equipped. We were very satisfied here and will also come back in the summer of 2009.

Vicinity of the holiday home: Das Anwesen befindet sich in einem ruhigen Viertel. Die meisten Häuser sind Ferienhäuser (Bungalows oder max. 2 Stockwerke)mit großem Grundstück. Der Strand ist ca 400 m Fußweg vom Anwesen entfernt und leicht zu erreichen. Wer kein Strandgänger ist, der bleibt ganz einfach zuhause und genießt den prächtigen Garten mit eigenem Pool ohne daß ein anderer zuschaut.
free time activities: Der Strand ist breit, sehr sauber und ist ein reiner Sandstrand.
Selbst im August hat man genügend Platz und sitzt nicht dem Nachbarn auf dem Schoß. Die gängigen Wassersportaktivitäten (Surfen, Jetski etc.)werden dort auch angeboten. Für das leibliche Wohl sorgen 4 Strandrestaurants alle in unmittelbarer Nähe. Mit dem Auto ca. 10 min Richtung Marbella befindet sich auf der linken Seite der Funny Beach Park mit KartBahn, Verleih von Wassersportgeräten etc. Ein Stadtbummel durch Marbella ist auf jeden Fall Pflicht und nicht zu vergessen der schöne Yachthafen.
shopping facilities: Optimal - zu einem spanischer Supermarkt sind es 5 min Fußweg. Dort bekommt man alles von frischen Bäckereiartikeln, Fleisch, Wurst bis zum Navigationsgerät. Wer mit dem Auto unterwegs ist, der fährt in den 5 min entfernten Lidl Supermarkt (natürlich preislich etwas günstiger). Wer shoppen möchte, der fährt Richtung Marbella in das große Einkaufszentrum La Canada mit vielen Geschäften, Restaurants und kostenlosen Parkpätzen

We will come back!
We were more than pleased with Mi Capricho. The pool, sheltered from all views, is very well-maintained and clean - just like the entire garden and the house's furnishings. The house has a unique charm in some way: you immediately feel "at home and arrived" upon arrival. As a couple, you can be completely on your own without any insight from the neighborhood, as a family or small group, everyone has their own area due to three separate bedrooms and two bathrooms - not to forget the absolutely optimal and practical outdoor shower. The beach is easily accessible on foot, a shopping center is in the immediate vicinity, the surroundings are well-kept and neat. We're flying back there!

We will come back again!
We booked our vacation (Oct. 2007) online. There was some skepticism. We were pleasantly surprised by the beautiful house and the dreamlike garden.
There were no wishes left unfulfilled.
The kitchen was equipped with everything imaginable, including a freezer and even baking pans.
For us, the extensive bookshelf was also a highlight. The detailed information folder was very well done. We often think back on the very relaxing vacation and are already looking forward to going there a second time in September.

Mi Capricho, small, well-kept domicile with a high recreational value.
We particularly liked the many small, somewhat hidden corners around the house for resting, sitting, and chatting, the large and well-equipped kitchen - we enjoy cooking, especially in Spain - the beautiful garden with a clean pool, and the layout of the rooms, as there are three separate, independent bedrooms - rest areas. A year later, we rented another very nice house, in the same street, even closer to the sea, with a larger pool and garden, objectively described as better, but it did not have the charm of Mi Capricho. We also liked very much that there are well-readable tips for organizing the holiday in the house, put together by the landlords, from excursions to simple shopping and restaurants, so that you need little time to arrive on vacation. We gladly watered the banana plants.
