Our flat "Bellavista" in Los Altos de Marbella with the breathtaking view over the Mediterranean Sea to Gibraltar, Ceuta and Morocco is the ideal starting point for your adventures on the Costa del Sol. The flat with large living area, luxury kitchen, 2 bedrooms, bathroom and guest toilet is designed and equipped as a 5-star holiday flat according to the criteria of the German Tourism Association. You are welcome to stay with us with up to 4 people!
A holiday flat to dream of: Only a few minutes by car from the most beautiful sandy beaches, the best golf courses and the picturesque old town of Marbella, you will find this exceptional flat in Lomas de los Monteros, a modern and exclusive urbanisation in the east of Marbella. You are surrounded by exclusive villas and the unique Andalusian landscape. The urbanisation offers 3 large swimming pools with sun loungers and parasols as well as a children's pool in a beautiful tropical garden.
Here you can enjoy your holiday away from the tourist hustle and bustle on the hills of Los Monteros in relaxing peace and dreamlike surroundings with breathtaking views over the Mediterranean Sea to Gibraltar and Morocco. Pure relaxation is guaranteed here.
General equipment
The 140m² flat comprises a 50m² living room with dining area, two bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a guest toilet, a luxury kitchen and a large sun terrace with awnings. All rooms have been luxuriously and comfortably furnished and decorated with refined taste and attention to detail.
All rooms are centrally supplied by an air conditioning and heating system. With 2 circuits, the system in the living room and the bedrooms can be regulated separately. Furthermore, the flat has a central, hygienic vacuum cleaning system.
All rooms are equipped with a noble, hygienic marble flooring (kitchen: tiles). The halogen spotlights integrated in the ceilings of all rooms create an elegant and homely atmosphere.
All living rooms and bedrooms have access to the south-facing sun terrace. From all rooms and the terrace you can enjoy the spectacular, breathtaking view over the Marbella region and the Mediterranean Sea to Gibraltar, Ceuta and Morocco.
All terrace doors of the living rooms and bedrooms are fitted with insect screens so that you can sleep undisturbed even with the doors open. All floor-to-ceiling windows and terrace doors can also be darkened during the day with electric blinds. You will find enough space for your holiday luggage in several built-in cupboards and chests of drawers.
All living rooms and bedrooms are equipped with modern flat-screen TVs with satellite reception. All German and selected international programmes (free TV) are available, as well as Spanish programmes via DVB-T. In the living room, a high-quality Marantz/Elac home cinema system including Bluray player in combination with the 49" TV set provides the right sound experience.
The flat comes with a parking space in the underground garage of the complex, just a few steps away from the flat.
The elegant marble bathroom has a shower, bidet and WC. Additional guest WC.
The modern, fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. In addition to an oven, microwave, ceramic hob, fridge-freezer combination, you are welcome to use our washing machine with integrated dryer function if required. In addition to a SAECO fully automatic coffee machine with integrated milk frother, a filter coffee machine is also available. All common kitchen appliances are available.
On the large sun terrace, a 10m long vertical awning will bring you the necessary shade if required. You will find a seating area for 6 people as well as 2 sun loungers. For your barbecue pleasure on the terrace, an electric grill and a Japanese grill are available.

Your holiday flat "Bellavista" is located in Marbella on the Costa del Sol, the southernmost region of Europe, midway between Málaga in the east and Gibraltar in the west.
The holiday flat is located in the urbanisation "Lomas de los Monteros" in the eastern part of Marbella, about 10 minutes by car from the centre and only 5 minutes by car from the most beautiful beaches and the best golf courses. The complex is located in Los Altos on the hills of Los Monteros, one of the most exclusive and sought-after residential areas in Marbella.

Los Monteros is one of the jewels of the Costa del Sol, home to many Hollywood stars such as Antonio Banderas and other international celebrities. The extensive sandy beaches of Los Monteros, El Alicate and Costabella with the many chiringuitos and noble beach clubs like "La Cabane" also invite you to relax and enjoy. With the golf clubs Santa Clara Golf, Golf Club Rio Real and the Marbella Golf & Country Club, there are 3 exclusive golf courses within a radius of only 4 km from your holiday home.
Also on the mountain side in Los Altos you will find preferred villa neighbourhoods and the top urbanisations Los Monteros Hill Club, Samara as well as Lomas de los Monteros built in beautiful hilly landscape with our flat. Weather permitting, you can enjoy magnificent views as far as Gibraltar and the Moroccan coastal mountains.

Surrounded by tranquillity and the sounds of nature, the holiday paradise "Lomas de los Monteros" is sun-drenched in the middle of the spectacular hills of Marbella, only a stone's throw away from the golf courses and the most beautiful beaches.
In a prime hillside location, surrounded by Andalusia's unique flora and fauna, there is incredible tranquillity that makes you forget the distant sound of traffic, the bustling life of Marbella town centre and the hustle and bustle of the beach. Almost unnoticed, the landscape is redefined here by the urbanisation nestling on the hillside, made up of a mixture of linear façades and curved elements with greened flat roofs.

Our Marbella flat is not a normal holiday flat, but our second home. We live here for about 5 months of the year. Since we always want to have it cosy and comfortable even on our holidays, we have lovingly furnished the flat and equipped it with many stylish and decorative accessories. Our 2 daughters with a total of 6 grandchildren also enjoy spending their holidays here. When we are not in Marbella, we live in Hamburg or also in the summer months at the Baltic Sea in our holiday home Landhaus 4 Jahreszeiten Groß Schwansee
