The well-maintained house in the middle of a dreamlike garden with magnificent palm trees is located in the eastern outskirts of Marbella. Costabella/Vistamar (exit El Rosario) is about 6 km from the centre of Marbella. The entire property is surrounded by a wall and is almost hidden from view from the outside. You have a pool all to yourself and are completely undisturbed. The three bedrooms are equipped with a double bed, 2 single beds and a 1.40 m bed. The fully equipped kitchen (with breakfast corner) lacks nothing. With air conditioning, central heating and an open fireplace, you are prepared for all climatic situations. At the sandy beach, 400 m away, there is no mass tourism due to the lack of large hotel complexes or campsites and therefore no crowds. You will find shopping facilities in the immediate vicinity. In the supermarket 5 minutes away you can get your fresh bread in the morning and 3 other supermarkets can be reached on foot in 15 minutes.

Detailed description on request Marbella offers its proximity to the cultural centers of Andalusia (Malaga, Seville, Cordoba, Granada and Alhambra) a variety of interesting destinations. In an hour you are in British territory of Gibraltar, and in 1-2 hours you can reach the mountains of the Sierra Nevada or one of the many nature reserves. Golfers know the golf paradise of Marbella. The next course is only 1 km away.

Anytime again!
Mi Capricho is a very beautiful house in a wonderful, well-kept garden. The rooms are lovingly furnished and everything gives a very cozy impression. The kitchen leaves nothing to be desired, we even baked a cake. The pool was still a bit too cold for swimming in February, but it is wonderful to lie in the sun on the roof terrace and to know that the neighbors are shoveling snow at home. Even at this time, there is already a riot of blossoms here. In the evenings, you can sit comfortably in front of the fireplace and browse through the numerous books available. The information from the landlord was already very detailed in advance, and in the house, we found a comprehensive information folder with excursion tips. We were very satisfied and would love to come back!

Vicinity of the holiday home: Ruhiges Wohngebiet ohne Durchgangsverkehr. Die nahegelegene Hauptverkehrsstraße hat die Ruhe und Erholung in keiner Weise beeinträchtigt. Kein Urlaubstrubel, viele schöne Gärten und immer eine herrliche Blütenpracht.
free time activities: Mit dem Handtuch in 5 Gehminuten am Strand – schöner Sandstrand. Zahlreiche gute und preiswerte Strandlokale – viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten (Marbella mit Yachthafen, weiße Dörfer, Ronda, Gibraltar, Granada ...) Mein Mann dreht gerne seine Runden auf dem Rennrad (schon im Februar kann man die Radsaison bei mildem Klima herrlich einläuten).
shopping facilities: Sehr angenehm ist der nahegelegene Supermarkt (5 Gehminuten). Dort bekommt man an 7 Tagen in der Woche frische Bäckerwaren und was man sonst zwischendurch so braucht. Für den Großeinkauf gibt es im 15-Minuten-Umkreis mehrere Supermärkte (auch ein LIDL-Markt).
