A tasteful, bright holiday flat directly by the sea awaits you, with a large balcony and a wonderful view of the Baltic Sea!
The spacious living room is stylishly furnished with antiques and design classics and offers you a flat-screen TV (cable), stereo system, a comfortable couch with sleeping function and the dining area directly in front of the large window front with sea view
Wi-Fi is available for you free of charge.
From the large furnished balcony you can enjoy a spectacular sea view.
The separate kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, 4-ring ceramic hob, large fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and kettle
The bedroom has a double bed and enough space for your holiday wardrobe
Cot and high chair can be rented if required.
The bathroom is equipped with WC, washbasin and a small hip bath (inside dimensions 1m x 0.60m) with integrated shower.
The holiday flat can be occupied by max. 2 adults and up to 2 children.
The flat is located on the third floor. A lift is available in the house.
A parking space at the house is already included in the price. Bicycles can be stored in the bicycle cellar.
Washing machine and dryer are available in the house (against coins).

The "La Mer" holiday flat is located in the Ostsee flat house, in the historic, quiet part of the binz beach promenade, directly on the white bathing beach. From the large balcony of the flat you have a beautiful view of the pier and the Baltic Sea. Restaurants and shopping facilities are nearby. You can reach the town centre and the pier in 10 minutes on foot along the beach or the beach promenade.

Pure sea view
It was a wonderful vacation. Starting and ending the day with a view of the Baltic Sea. That was beautiful.

We really enjoyed our break - just too short. The covered balcony was our second living room. We can only recommend... Binz is so beautiful.
