The holiday flat "Belvedere" will delight you with its beautiful sea view and the large sea-facing balcony!
The very well-maintained holiday flat offers you all the comforts for your wonderful Baltic Sea holiday
The large living room is equipped with Smart-TV (40 inch), dining area and couch with sleeping function.
The kitchenette with dishwasher, 4-plate ceramic hob, fridge with freezer compartment, oven, toaster, coffee machine and kettle is located in a separate kitchenette in the hallway (see photos).
The bedroom has a large wardrobe with safe and a comfortable double bed.
The beautiful bathroom offers you a real glass shower with rain shower, WC and hairdryer.
The holiday flat is located on the first floor. A lift is available in the house.
Wi-Fi and a parking space at the house are included in the price
Bicycles can be stored in the bicycle cellar.
Washing machine and dryer are available in the house (against coins).
Children are welcome and stay free of charge.

The holiday flat is located in the Apartmenthaus Ostsee, in the historic and quiet part of the binz beach promenade, directly on the white binz bathing beach. From the balcony of the flat you have a beautiful view of the dune, trees and sea.

The town centre and pier can be reached in 10 minutes by a relaxing walk along the beach or the fashionable promenade.

Great sea view
Well-maintained apartment right on the beach, with a covered balcony, elevator in the building, and ample parking. Restaurants, shopping all within walking distance. We have already booked again for next year.

Relaxing winter at the Baltic Sea!
The quiet location (unless the sea roars in the storm) directly on the beach pleased us exceptionally well. The very comfortable and thoughtfully furnished apartment also contributed greatly to our relaxation. Here one feels comfortable!!

Right on the beach.
In good weather for bathing and without the hustle and bustle of high season, we were able to relax well in this beautiful holiday apartment. Cheaper options are always nice, but the superb location naturally comes with a price... Therefore, we would book here again!
