The luxurious 3.5 room apartment can accommodate 4 to 6 people. Enjoy the view and all-day sun on the terrace equipped with comfortable lounge furniture. Spacious living and dining room and a comfortable fitted kitchen with modern appliances. One double bedroom with direct access to the terrace, one bedroom with two single beds. The sofa bed in the living room offers additional sleeping space for 2 people. Large bathroom with shower, toilet and bathtub. Reserved parking on the roof terrace.
Gordemo belongs to the township of Gordola and is located above Tenero and Gordola to the entrance to the Valle Verzasca. It is a very good point to start a trip in the Verzasca valley. Thanks the position a little elevated, Gordemo offers you a gorgeus view on the lake Maggiore and on the plain of Magadino. It is sunny the whole year and is popular as the best sunny point of the Sopraceneri. By car you arrive in Ascona and Locarno in more and less 10 minutes. The bus goes until the divergency of Gordemo.

The villages Tenero/Gordola are situated on the lake Maggiore and has a special attraction: the tranquility of the lake surrounded by mountains, the beaches with white sand and the surrounding area with its vineyards creating an exciting but for all that relaxing atmosphere that leaves no visitor unmoved.
The area has also an artistic and cultural side you can discover. It is a perfect starting point for trips or comfortable biking tours on the Magadino plain. One of the most popular place of interests are the “Bolle di Magadino”, a transition from water and land in the estuary of the river Ticino and Verzasca.
North of Tenero is the Val Verzasca, this valley is certainly one of the most famous in Ticino. A beautiful wild mountain valley which the clear water of the Verzasca River has dug. Very popular in summer are the laps abraded shore rocks swimming spots. In autumn, you can take beautiful walks along the river.
Tenero-Verzasca has an extensive network of hiking trails of around 300 km, which leaves nothing to be desired: from relaxing walks along the lakefront, sports courses or theme trails to high mountain tours with breathtaking views, to quicken the heart of any mountain walker.
If you like playing sports if you like to stay outside; you find in the region a wide range of interesting possibilities. Tenero has a public beach directly on the lake and a swimming pool where you can have fun in the water or can sunbathe on the lawn.

The location is simply dreamy. We really enjoyed the view and were completely satisfied. We would love to come back :)

The view was grand and the house has a perfect location. Small, cozy apartment. The furniture was a bit older. But still everything usable. We would vacation in this great house again.

We always like coming here. We really enjoyed the vacation. Everything is just right. Comfort factor, cleanliness, support from fewo Tessin, we will definitely spend our holidays at Sopra Lago again.
