The Casa Colombina vacation home consists of two living units: the stylish maisonette apartment on two floors and the studio on the ground floor, which can accommodate up to 6 people. The house impresses with a mix of modern comfort and a cozy living atmosphere. Perfect for a vacation with friends or families looking for something special.
The maisonette apartment on the upper floor consists of a bright living/dining area with an open, fully equipped kitchen – ideal for cooking and enjoying meals together. Floor-to-ceiling windows offer sweeping views of Lake Maggiore and the surrounding countryside. On the covered terrace, you can also enjoy the view under the open sky – with a glass of Merlot in your hand and the sunset in view.
A charming Ticino granite staircase – as authentic as it is characterful – leads to the upper floor with two stylish double bedrooms (each with a small balcony) and a modern bathroom with rain shower.
For balmy summer evenings, the lower terrace features a stone table with deck chairs and a cozy lounge – pure dolce vita.

The studio on the ground floor of the house has a separate entrance. It consists of a living room with a sofa (sofa bed for 2 people) with TV and access to the terrace. The separate kitchen is equipped with modern appliances and a dining table. A modern bathroom with rain shower and toilet completes the offer.

Important to know: The house is only accessible via approx. 120 steps – a little fitness program with a guaranteed view, so to speak. In return, you will be rewarded with peace and quiet, panoramic views, and a touch of seclusion. One parking space (max. 2 m wide) is available.
The vacation home is located above Gordola, at the entrance to the wild and romantic Verzasca Valley. Shopping facilities can be found in Gordola or Tenero, while Ascona and Locarno are around 20 minutes away by car.
