We love this beautiful apartment to enjoy a long weekend before the start of the season. Even though the sun didn't come out this time (we've been here 3 times now), we enjoyed the bright and cozy apartment with a view of the lake even more. The apartment is perfect for enjoying a few days in Ticino as a couple. Very bright, stylish and lovingly furnished, to feel comfortable. The fantastic view of the lake and balcony add to the charm. With the accompanying parking space in the underground garage, the apartment offers all-around pleasant comfort in a top location. We were here for the second time and will gladly come back to enjoy the early spring days :-) We greatly appreciate the uncomplicated booking, key handover, and very friendly handling by FEWO-Ticino, which completes the whole experience. Beautiful, tastefully furnished bright apartment with a spacious balcony and fantastic views, in a prime location. Ideal for feeling good and enjoying for 2 people. Remarkable services such as; uncomplicated booking process and key handover as well as friendly service. Reserved parking space in underground garage, access to apartment and waste disposal in underground connecting passage to underground garage. During our stay in the off-season, quiet and pleasant, as the adjacent hotel or nearby restaurant is closed and most apartments in the building are unused. How this presents itself in the high season depends on the users' needs. We enjoyed this time (late February) with the first warm days to relax for a few days.

Since we were only staying in this beautiful apartment for one week, we ate out every day. The dishwasher was only filled with breakfast dishes, so it was only turned on every 3 days. It would be very nice to have a few more breakfast plates, not just 2. Otherwise, we were thrilled with the stunning view, the amenities, and the beds were also in perfect condition! We would love to come back!

As we often book vacation rentals, I can only say that we have never had such a tastefully furnished, perfectly located vacation rental! Thank you very much for that. The complete furnishings seem to be new and of very high quality. The apartment has direct access to the lake, where we could also use the loungers. There is the possibility to use the indoor and outdoor pool of the adjacent hotel, but we preferred to swim in the lake. From the very spacious and perfectly equipped terrace, you have a great view of the lake. Various restaurants are within walking distance, the apartment is centrally located. A parking space in the underground garage was provided to us at no additional cost. I can only say: It couldn't be better. The contact with the employees of the fewotessin team was also very pleasant. Thank you for the very nice and relaxing holiday, and if there were ten stars to give, I would do it!

The apartment is very quiet. We didn't hear anything from the other residents of the house. The apartment is very well equipped. The beds are good and the patio furniture is as described. However, due to its east-facing location, we were never able to enjoy breakfast on the terrace.

The flat is perfect for two to enjoy a few days in Ticino. Very bright, with style and lovingly furnished, to feel good. In addition, the magnificent view of the lake and balcony. With the parking space in the underground garage, the flat offers all-round pleasant comfort in a top location. We were here for the 2nd time and will gladly come back to enjoy the first days of spring :-)

The flat fully met our expectations. The view of the lake and the mountains from the balcony is fantastic. The lake promenade along the property is also wonderful. The restaurants in the immediate vicinity are very good and invite you to visit them often. The nearby jetty gave us a car-free holiday - we were able to reach all destinations by boat.

The flat is simply top! Nice quiet location, great view towards the Brissago islands and Ascona. Everything in and around the house is very well maintained. The flat is lovingly and stylishly furnished. The furniture is of good quality (I have often experienced other things...) You feel at home as soon as you arrive. The contact with the Fewotessin team is uncomplicated and efficient. In short - a place to relax that leaves nothing to be desired.

Without a doubt, the great view of the lake is unbeatable. We immediately felt at home in the cosy flat and enjoyed the excellent restaurants nearby. We never used the pool in the hotel, as it is not very inviting if you are not allowed to lie down there. But fortunately the promenade offers enough opportunities for swimming. We will gladly come again!

Quiet and pleasant during our stay in low season, as adjacent hotel or nearby restaurant closed and most flats in the house unused. How this turns out in the high season is to be evaluated according to the needs of the users.
