This modern and tastefully furnished 3.5 room apartment for 4 persons is located on the first floor of a freestanding three-family house. The apartment is accessed via a staircase leading to the house through the mediterranean well-kept garden.
Entrance area with wardrobe. The living, dining area with large window fronts is furnished with a comfortable sofa set, club table and a dining table. Well equipped, modern separate kitchen. Two double bedrooms, one with sea view and direct exit to the terrace. Bathroom with tub and toilet. The large terrace has a covered seating area with dining table, as well as two comfortable deckchairs. On the side terrace you can enjoy the afternoon sun. There is also a barbecue which you are welcome to use. A garage parking is available.
The communal pool with small lawns invites you to refresh yourself. Please note that use of the pool by children is only permitted under supervision due to the low level of terraces,

Restaurants, Grotti, bus stop and a small grocery store are in the immediate vicinity. Shopping options are in Locarno, Ascona or the malls Mercato Cattori in Losone or in Tenero, which can be reached best by car. The Italian border is only a few kilometers away. Canobbio with his typical Italian Sunday market can be reached in about 15 minutes by car.

This Holiday apartment Al Pendio is located on a slope in the heart of Ronco sopra Ascona, south oriented, right in the centre. It is a detached 3-apartment-house. Ronco s/Ascona extends from Porto Ronco at about 200 metres to the height of 1300 metres in the mountains. The picturesque, quaint-looking centre rests on a prominence in the mountain side at a height of 350 metres. Three main horizontal roads connect the tortuous, vertical paths.
Ronco has always been an artists' village; Antonio Ciseri painted the altar picture in S. Martino church in 1870 where 15th-century frescoes depicting the four seasons can be admired. The German writer Remarque chose the shores of Porto Ronco as his favourite residence. A mild climate and spectacular scenery invite the nature-lover to visit this remarkable corner of Lake Maggiore.
