The bright and open-plan living and dining area features large windows, a comfortable sofa set with a coffee table, and a dining table — perfect for relaxing or enjoying meals together. The separate kitchen is modern and fully equipped, providing everything you need for a pleasant stay.
There are two inviting double bedrooms — one of which offers stunning lake views and direct access to the terrace. The bathroom includes a bathtub and toilet. A real highlight of the apartment is the spacious terrace with a covered seating area and dining table, as well as two sun loungers for your comfort. On the side terrace, you can enjoy the afternoon sun — and you'll also find a stone barbecue that you're welcome to use for outdoor cooking. A garage parking space is available for your convenience.,

Restaurants, Grotti, bus stop and a small grocery store are in the immediate vicinity. Shopping options are in Locarno, Ascona or the malls Mercato Cattori in Losone or in Tenero, which can be reached best by car. The Italian border is only a few kilometers away. Canobbio with his typical Italian Sunday market can be reached in about 15 minutes by car.

This Holiday apartment Al Pendio is located on a slope in the heart of Ronco sopra Ascona, south oriented, right in the centre. It is a detached 3-apartment-house. Restaurants, Grotti, bus stop and a small grocery store are in the immediate vicinity. Shopping options are in Locarno, Ascona or the malls Mercato Cattori in Losone or in Tenero, which can be reached best by car.

Ronco s/Ascona extends from Porto Ronco at about 200 metres to the height of 1300 metres in the mountains. The picturesque, quaint-looking centre rests on a prominence in the mountain side at a height of 350 metres. Three main horizontal roads connect the tortuous, vertical paths.
Ronco has always been an artists' village; Antonio Ciseri painted the altar picture in S. Martino church in 1870 where 15th-century frescoes depicting the four seasons can be admired. The German writer Remarque chose the shores of Porto Ronco as his favourite residence. A mild climate and spectacular scenery invite the nature-lover to visit this remarkable corner of Lake Maggiore.

We were here for the third time in February and will come again. The apartment is perfectly equipped, everything is available, and the beds are very comfortable. The private garage is definitely a huge plus in the summer. The view over Lake Maggiore to Locarno and all the way to Italy is simply unmatched! The photos speak for themselves :-)

The apartment is located in an absolutely prime location with a view of the lake. Locarno and Ascona are easily accessible by public transport. Everything went perfectly, the booking process, the communication with Fewotessin (staff speak perfect German). The price-performance ratio is absolutely fine. The apartment was very clean and well furnished and equipped. We lacked nothing! The only negative point: The Wi-Fi is very weak and not really stable. But with this magnificent terrace and panoramic view, it's perfectly fine without it. We enjoyed a wonderful and relaxing vacation - we would love to come back.

Just for the fantastic view of Lake Maggiore, a stay in this apartment is worth it! The cleanliness and the great kitchen equipment impressed us! The private garage is also a plus in our opinion! And you can go on various beautiful walks and hikes directly from the apartment. Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi (hotspot) was too weak for our needs on 5 out of 7 days, and the mattresses in the 2nd. The bedroom was a bit too hard (but that's of course a matter of taste). Booking, arrival, and departure went quickly and smoothly! Our inquiry regarding Wi-Fi was addressed immediately, even though it was the Christmas holidays! We will definitely be happy to book with fewotessin again!
