Description
A 5 ***** star holiday home in Zingst with style and character. Ecological aspects were decisive in the planning of the house. A balanced climate of well-being was at the top of the wish list. This is ensured by electronically controlled ventilation. Even when the windows are closed, the air in the room is gently and continuously exchanged
The entire ground floor with living and dining area, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom is designed barrier-free. The doors have a generous width. The bathroom has a floor-level, step-free shower. Everyone can get around here easily. In the spacious living area, there is a smart wood-burning stove that provides cosy warmth on the cooler days of spring and autumn
Upstairs there are two more bedrooms and a bathroom. - The solid oak floorboards, which have been laid on both the ground floor and the upper floor, certainly contribute to the sense of well-being.
Modern technology is also a must in a holiday home. The internet can be used free of charge via wireless LAN. So you don't have to do without a connection to the big wide world. Business people can mix work and relaxation phases as needed
On the south and south-east side, the house has a spacious terrace with weatherproof furniture. This gives you a relaxing place in the sun all day long. The view from the terraces also leaves nothing to be desired. The view falls directly on the idyllic nature reserve "Vorpommerische Boddenlandschaft"

The house is located in a cul-de-sac on the eastern outskirts of Zingst, opposite the Zingsthof . It borders directly on the "Vorpommerische Boddenlandschaft" National Park It is about 300 m to the Baltic Sea beach.
In the east of the seaside resort of Zingst, a special residential area has been developing since the mid-1990s. It combines the advantages of being close to the beach with an almost idyllic, quiet location in a sparse forest

Guaranteed feel-good holiday with a dog
A perfect summer vacation in a fantastic, very well-equipped holiday home with an absolute feel-good atmosphere. From reliable booking to very friendly key handover, we felt safe and well taken care of. Even our big dog felt at home immediately. Everything is as described in the presentation of the accommodation. Clear recommendation and if we ever go back to Zingst, definitely again in Kiek över. Many thanks to the Naarmann family and very friendly greetings even after the vacation.
