This newly built and lovingly furnished semi-detached house is situated in a quiet, sunny location in Korswandt. Idyllically and quietly situated, the house offers perfect starting points for discovering the nearby imperial spas as well as the backcountry of the island. The beach in Ahlbeck or Heringsdorf is only 4 - 5 kilometres away. The Wolgastsee lake is in the direct vicinity and also invites you to relax and swim, but also to go boating. The Baltic Hills golf course is only a few hundred metres away. Away from the hustle and bustle, you can enjoy the peace and quiet here in Korswandt
