This newly built and lovingly furnished semi-detached house is situated in a quiet, sunny location in the small village of Korswandt. The seaside resorts of Ahlbeck, Heringsdorf and Bansin are only a few minutes away by car. The beautiful Wolgastsee invites you to go swimming and is only a few minutes' walk away. A café, a restaurant and a bicycle hire shop are in the immediate vicinity and the hiking and cycling trails in the surrounding area invite you to explore.
The house is equipped with two bathrooms (2x shower/WC), a living and kitchen area, a large terrace and two bedrooms (1x double bed, 1x 2 separate beds)
There is a car parking space at the house. You can store your bicycles in a separate storage room at the house.
